NEVER EVER will I order from this place. !!!!! THIRD CLASS SERVICE!!!!!!

I ordered food through Zomato and the delivery was initially scheduled for 60 min, which moved to 80 min and then even after waiting for nearly 90 min there was no sight of food. Mind you all this during peak dinner time, my family was waiting for the food with anticipation having heard good reviews about this place. I TRIED CALLING ON THE NUMBER WHICH ZOMATO PROVIDED FOR RESTURANT AND NO ONE PICKED UP.

So yes, this review of the restaurant is not based on their food as they did not serve any, but considering the state of their service i know the food will be...

Extremely disappointed. Heavy handed use of mayonaise, not to mention the fish they used for their sushi was stale. The prawn chive dumplings STANK ( and I've grown up on a diet of seafood) and the covers were dense and starchy. I ordering 6 dishes and each worse that the other. My guest couldn't eat any of it and I was worried about the freshness of most of what I'd ordered and had to discard most of it. This is 2019, we have a LOT of great japanese food around in the city, using bad seafood AND common rice instead of actual fat grained for your sushi is absolutely unacceptable. And how do you even go wrong with dumplings....

So I ordered a set of 12(4*3) sushi and every box had 1 missing, so I got only 9. A cheat this place is. You guys really think you can save money by reducing 1 from each box? Or maybe this is something you do to everyone and save loads. One feels cheated when it's hard earned money. The quality of sushi was disastrous too. I'm never ordering or going to this place ever. Obviously what's gone is gone and it's just money wasted but, really people should know the game you guys...
