Food was served cold and tasted stale.
Service was really slow and the staff & owner seemed completely disinterested in the customers. It seemed they are sitting there only to make money.
Prices have been increased but food quality has been degraded. You can find better food quality in comparatively cheaper restaurants in similar range, with more variety in the menu.
Volga used to be my favourite restaurant around 2013-14, but now it is highly disappointing and need lots and lots of improvement in its menu,food, and service quality. Wouldn't recommend at all, especially not for youngsters...

Waiter told me ok and he had taken food back but neither he changed nor replaced and charged bill for same.
