Pizza Hut | Phool Bagh Lashkar, Gwalior — Restaurant in Gwalior

I went there 1-2 weeks ago, and I didn't like my experience there at all. First of all, it was the staff who did not have any idea how to deal with customers. He was really confused and put all of his confusion on us. Then comes our meal: pizza. We ordered two pizzas, one with a cheese burst crust and the other with a chicken kebab crust. The cheese burst one was fine, but really, the distribution was not even at all. And then, when we had our chicken kebab-based pizza, it was a nightmare. The chicken was smelling really bad. We completed it with water; we couldn't swallow it without water. We did not complain about it because of the behavior of the staff. The experience...

A totally unhealthy and unhygienic environment. The plates , the service everything is so so dirty. Could not imagine the worst. The pizza was not upto the mark. The garlic bread stick no flavour not at all. Domino's is far better place. The employees are so dull. After telling them 2-3 times they came to clean the table. And still it was so dirty. Talking about service it's not that up to mark. Only 2 people were there who were attending everything. The coke was a total waste of money. I don't know why you put that into combo. But yeah a worst experience. Not going to visit here again at Phoolbagh...

It's near the DD mall, Gwalior. The place is right at the centre of the place. The people visit here as there is lot of crowd in the Domino's. I choose this place as an option to be frank. The services provided here are very poor. You need to wait atleast 30 mins after you have given orders. The AC are existing but are not working. The pizza served is good and tasty. But the taste and interest would fly off as you wait for it and it doesn't give you the heart content even...
