šLast week i tried the 'Badam Chai' here and yesterday i had 'Gulabi Chai' here. They were both average, nothing exceptional about them. šDespite the prices, they tasted average. Gulabi chai was Rs. 40 a cup (the cup is very small) & Badam chai was a staggering Rs. 60. šGulabi Chai has a 'makhana' and some dried rose petals on top. The taste is light, the tea has a rose fragrance & a hint of spices. šBadam Chai has crushed dry fruits on top and the chai tastes more like a badam shake than a chai. šThe service was slow when i visited. Waited approx. 30+ minutes to get a cup of tea which was terrible!
I visited thinking this would replace the chai served at 'Chai-Sutta Cafe' for me but keeping the price, serving & taste in mind, i don't think that's happening anytime soon.
Thanks for...
