The tandoori is good, but the chicken dishes, including gravy chicken, butter chicken, black pepper chicken, and others, as well as the mutton, are not up to par. The mushrooms are excellent, and the paneer is okay. The vegetarian food is good overall.

In terms of improvement, they should focus on their non-veg dishes, especially for lunch and dinner.

Overall, the restaurant is good and deserves its current rating. If it can maintain its quality and improve its non-veg dishes, it can easily reach the top 5 in Haldwani.

I regret to share an incredibly disappointing experience at Olive Lounge, primarily due to the fraudulent and unprofessional behavior of the manager. My recent visit left me deeply dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to bring attention to the following issues:

The manager was involved in clear-cut fraudulent practices by providing false schemes for events and charged extra for unjustified reasons. This behavior not only tarnishes the restaurant's reputation but also violates trust.

The manager displayed unprofessional behavior throughout my visit. From rudeness to lack of transparency, it was evident that a lack of professionalism permeates the managerial approach at Olive Lounge.

The overall customer service was subpar, with the manager setting a particularly poor example. The dismissive attitude towards customer concerns reflects poorly on the establishment.

Service was exceptional. Waiters are always on the rounds to take orders or feedback, aftery every meal they politely enquired about the food. Ambiance was nice, they have a clean washroom too, but they separate dining area with washroom somehow. Now coming to the main point which is FOOD, amazing variety of food and simple menu considering they have chinese and mughlai option too. We ordered Blue lagoon mojito i would rate it 10/10, considering the ambiance and drink. Chinese is perfect.
