The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was warmly welcomed with a complimentary drink.||My room was immaculate and spacious, with modern decor and all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a fantastic view of the city skyline from my window. Kailash, Surender are managing the hotel very well, and taking care of the stay in all aspects. Harendra, Neeraj , Subhabrata in the cafe takes good care of the food and ensure the fast service to the table. The taste and quality of the food was awesome, and hotel's Chef Jeetu, Komal Ganesh, Amar are humble to reach out to guests for the feedback and if needed the explanation for the dish and make the food according to the instructions if any. The breakfast spread is almost same everyday, but one can ask for some more options available at live counter.

The rooftop cafe and its view from the rooftop is pretty good and one can enjoy The rooms are comfortable and the wifi inside the rooms are working fine, the washroom is well maintained. The laundry service is available but not fast, if in the morning if one gives the clothes, you will be getting it...

Peak winter and festive season we booked a Suite room via goibibo and there was no hot water in the entire hotel .. buckets of hot water were being provided when asked for a solution. General manager is shockingly arrogant when asked for compensation on room rent we deserved.

Honestly, we felt cheated as the guy who checked in us knew that boilers for suite room has issues. We were not told about this any prior.

Management of such a prestigious chain lacked courtesy- honesty and capabilities to provide better solutions/alternatives to inconvenience caused by their own lack of sincerity !

Food was quite average . Won't recommend this hotel for a luxurious vacation. Pride chain in other cities are good though.

Will surely bring the uncertain non punctual and highly insincere management into the notice of city and pride chain and ofcourse...
