Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Ashirwad Restaurant and Banquet in Faridabad, and it proved to be a delightful experience. Nestled in a prime location, this establishment offers a pleasant ambiance and a wide range of culinary delights.
As soon as I entered Ashirwad, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant’s tasteful decor, combined with comfortable seating arrangements, created a relaxed setting. The banquet area was spacious, making it suitable for hosting various events and celebrations.
Now, let’s talk about the food. Ashirwad boasts an extensive menu with a focus on North Indian and Mughlai cuisine. The dishes were prepared with finesse, showcasing authentic flavors and quality ingredients. The restaurant excels in offering traditional favorites like Butter Chicken, Biryani, and Tandoori specialties, all of which were rich in taste and satisfying.
The service at Ashirwad was attentive and prompt. The staff was courteous, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any requests. They provided helpful suggestions when it came to selecting dishes and ensured that every aspect of the dining experience was taken care of.
In terms of pricing, Ashirwad offers good value for money. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable considering the quality and taste of the food. It is a suitable option for both casual dining and special occasions, offering a balance between affordability and a memorable dining experience.
One aspect that could be improved is the overall ambiance of the banquet area. While it is spacious, a touch of modernization and attention to detail could elevate the experience further.

Read moreFood is ok ok but could be better. If they try they can reach somewhat near to roadside thela wala levels. , but then it's not only about food. If being treated as taken for granted, then it's time to stop visiting. I was a regular at Ashirwaad Restaurant earlier, but now no more. Till the time you obey them everything will be 5 star. But the moment you start behaving like a customer, everything goes for a toss.
So this happened with me- "As it was full front area, so they asked to sit somewhere inside, some hall area, where they had a sofa. But there AC was not working, neither there was any fan and as I visited in day time of summers, obviously I was sweating. Then I told them that AC is not working. On this they asked to sit at that table where they used to keep all their serving plates, spoons etc. near to one washbasin. Everytime someone comes to wash hand they will sparkle water on us. I felt like this is a leftover place, and they just want to earn money and then can make you sit anywhere. I asked for Manager. One person came and said - "hanji kya baat ho gai". I told him entire scenario, on which that guy said - "bahar bhara hua hai, seat nahi hai, yahi par khila sakta hun, kha lo yahi par, aisa kya ho gaya, chair table de toh rakhi hai tumhare ko".
Seriously? If you do not have proper seats, you will make your customer sit anywhere? Then what is the difference between roadside and your restaurant.
People visit these costly restaurants and spend heafty amounts in bill, not just for food, but for service, atmosphere, change of environment and a peace of mind.
Now you...
Read moreAbsolutely Horrendous Experience – A Disaster Waiting to Happen!
I attended a function at Ashirwad Banquet, and it was hands down the worst experience ever. I don't even know where to begin – the place was a complete nightmare.
First off, the kitchen was right next to a stinking washroom, and the entire area reeked of filth. Cleanliness was non-existent – it was as if hygiene was never a priority for them. The staff was highly unprofessional, clueless about service, and seemed indifferent to guests' needs.
To make matters worse, the entire hall was filled with smoke because of the poorly placed kitchen. No fire exits were in sight, making it a death trap in case of an emergency. How this place is even allowed to operate is beyond me – the authorities must take strict action against these reckless people who are putting lives at risk just to make money.
As if that wasn’t enough, at 11 PM, the lift was shut off, forcing elderly guests to struggle up and down the staircase. Absolutely inhumane!
And then comes the food – an absolute disaster. It had a weird detergent-like taste, almost as if it was laced with Surf Excel! I ended up with severe diarrhoea after eating there, and I wouldn’t be surprised if others fell sick too.
This place should be shut down immediately before it causes a bigger tragedy. Do yourself a favor – NEVER book an event here unless you want to risk your...
