Berco's - If You Love Chinese — Restaurant in Haryana

I have been to bercos faridabad so many times as I loved the food but from last two times Mr. Mandal, the manager there was very rude last time we thought that restaurant is full that's why he is behaving like that but this time despite restaurant the seats were free but he didn't offer seat to us bcoz we were 5 and we were asking for a six seater table and he was offering us 4 seater table as we had a 6 year old kid with us and may be he won't add that much to the billing. Seat allocation was on very discriminatory basis. Mr. Mandal the manager was very arrogant and didn't even has the sense how to talk to women and listen to customer. He even asked us to getup from the 6 seater table on which we were initially sitting and was even served menu and water. He even didn't mind us leaving the restaurant and this time he was really very unfriendly which I don't expect from a restaurant manager. We were a loyal customer to bercos as we use to visit bercos very frequently but I guess bercos don't need loyal customers any more that's why they are behaving like that. It is now the Worst restaurant which I had ever visited. I guess Mr Mandal thinks restaurant is running bcoz of him but the truth is that he is the most less etiquetted person over there and restaurant is running only bcoz of the food they serve. Went to the restaurant today. Ordered rice noodles n Chilli chicken. The chicken had burnt flavor and tasted worthless. Called waiter and told him same. His reply was that you have eaten why didn't you tell me beforehand. I told him until and unless we eat how would we even tell how it is. Obviously you have to eat to telbt the taste. He said will show the chef. He came back after 10 mins and s rwsaid chef saying it's ok. It was s rerant o rude of the entire service team. Atleast nechef should have come out and listened about our issue and problem. The customers are there and so the chef would be there. If customers stop going then neither then restaurant will be there not chef. Was really amazed to see the rude behaviour even after paying so much bill. I told him neither I want discount nor I want replacement. I just wanted to give the feedback. You wanna rake it it shall be good or you don't wanna take it its ur personal choice. The waiter just didn't want to listen.he could have atleast called the chef so that I wud have been able to tell him that we are not wasting our hard earned money on such tasteless food. It's like harassing a customer to eat watever they want to give us. Money they wanna charge so much but quality was really bad and bad and bad.never seen such customer service in local dhabas as well. Please don't go to this outlet else...

Berco's- A Thai and Chinese cuisine restaurant. This restaurant is located on the terrace of crown interiorz mall. Berco's has always been known for its excellent service as well as delicious food. They have an amazing diversification in terms of food as well as an extraordinary menu. Starting from starters to desserts. They have an excellence culinaire as well. As soon as you enter this restaurant, you see a big statue of a monk which symbolizes peace. And the ambience of this restaurant is very peaceful and is full of bright colours. All thanks to zomato gold that we enjoyed our meal at reasonable rates. We ordered one vegetable spring roll and one fried dumplings with mushroom Kung Pao. In beverages, we had fruit beer as well as green apple mojito. Vegetable spring roll were delicious in texture and their filling were properly cooked. These spring rolls were served with Spicy schezwan sauce that was slightly sweet and spicy in taste. Mushroom Kung Pao was a toothing combination of sauteed mushrooms in soya sauce with veggies placed on the bed of noodles. Fried dumplings were served with sweet chilli sauce. Beverages were quite refreshing. Fruit beer was slightly bald in taste. Everything was perfect and we liked the overall setting of berco's.
