Burger Singh — Restaurant in Haryana

If I could've given 0 stars, I would've given. My parents ordered on Zomato from this place. They ordered 2 burgers and a fries, but these people sent only 1 burger. After calling the delivery guy 3-4 times, he finally picked up the call and said that he only delivered what they gave. We called Burger Singh, only for their half hearted response saying that it's not their fault. For 1 burger that costs more than Rs. 100 (and we ordered 2 of them plus fries), they said that they'll give us a coupon of mere Rs. 75. The way they treated this whole matter was horrible. And the way they made us feel for something that we paid for, was even more horrible. Leaving the poor quality of food aside, this place and the staff itself...

Very bad experience. I ordered 3 nikku singh burgers but I was denied the order and was forced to order veg snacker. I was not given any invoice for that neither they did ask for my contact details.

When I received my order, I was given nikku singh burgers. When I highlighted the same to store manager, he was rude and unresponsive. It was very embarassing in front of family and friends. I have made a complaint to burger singh. If required, I will also raise consumer forum complaint. This store is completely cheating...

We received missing items in order placed thru Zomato on 25th Jun 2023. When complained to Zomato, they sent a coupon for minuscule amount even after refusing to accept partial refund instead of my ordered items.
