My O Bites #MyOBites — Restaurant in Haryana

Visited the place after seeing the reviews, missed expectations by a long shot. Don't know how this place has such a high rating on Google, rating on Zomato (3.6) fits better. Our experience was nothing to boast about. Service was slow, food ranged from good to worse, ambience is nice. We had tomato soup, Paneer Tikka, hakka noodles and ragi momo. Ragi momo was good, taste and texture both were good. Tomato soup itself was fine, however, the fried bread pieces that they put in soup were fried in at least a week old oil. It was so bad to the point that it tasted bitter. Terrible. Ruined the soup actually. Hakka noodles were also good but we had to send it back the first time as it was served cold despite the fact that they took so long to prepare it. Paneer Tikka, we only took a bite, tasted a bit tangy from inside as if it was not fresh. Restaurant claimed it was fresh so we just paid for the dish we returned. No problem. Overall, I would personally avoid it. Taste 3 Service 3 Value for money...

It is one of the pleasant experience over there. The food quality and hospitality is brilliant. One concern which I need to mention and observed that the there should be flexible Timings for girls as we witness today that girl working so late at night and dealing with n number of customers. It is suggestion that from safety perspective you should introduce some good set of protocols and flexibility for the staff girls working in your restaurant and today we found some werid activity happening with your girl staff which was unacceptable. Thankyou Manoj ji for a wonderful experience. I had booked this place over phone at very last moment for by brothers anniversary. Manoj ji handled everything from decoration to giving a delightful experience . My parents and my brother were so happy with the service and food .
