The moment you enter the place, it feels larger than the life. The long galleria takes you to the end to their Bar section that LIT with muddles and puddles of Bartender. Well, they will further amaze you with Bar offer on their pitchers, beers and shots prices at half-price. The Roof-top open terrace is perfect for the private parties and group drinks under the sky. The Terrace Menu is designed keeping the Chakhna and finger food menu in mind. Large Wall Art and open bar makes it a cool patio hangout.
For those who love to sit indoors, the luxurious interiors and Live Music will give them a contemporary, yet modern Indian restaurant feel. This place is so lively and youthful and brings to you an Aura that is Majestic. They have not just "Raised A Bar" that won't be easy to match for others around, but also set A Benchmark in Gastronomical Affair. Showcasing Foodcoma from the brainchild of Chef Trepan Negi Singh, their menu has more than 50 different set of cuisines globally.
Not to miss the drinkporn that Bartenders muddles in their signature concussions cocktails, and mocktails act as a Catalyst for your tasting buds. Our Server Kaushal suggested us their signature drinks that was a pleasure to watch and heavenly to taste.
Brilliant Giant is actually A Gigantic cocktail that reminds me of my chemistry lab fusions. A tall neck beaker that is topped with ice, blueberry and blackberry infusions that is Pleasure to watch. The lower beaker has a blend of berries with tequila and vodka. And the Saga didn't end here as the bartender added more Chemistry notes with the Smoky Gastronomical Ecstasy and serves right at your table. It was a pleasure to watch and Delight to taste. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HERE.
One more signature drink that won my heart and highly recommended is Fish bowl. The Blend of Tequila, Orange Liqueur, Peach and topped with Elderflower syrup and Blueberries makes it a Grandeur to sip in. Served with Smoked LIT on the side, the cloudy panorama reminds us of an Underwater Fairytale. A MUST MUST TRY.
Drinks were followed with the gastronomic delicious spread that included North Indian, European, and, Asian food. We started with a Beautiful salad called "Beet it". Wow..it was a treat for taste buds and so soft that it melted in mouth yet it had a good bite and mouth crunch. Mild Cheddar along with Smoked beetroots, radish, and croutons were hand tossed with beet coulis and lemon dressing. I have not tasted such a beautiful and flavorful salad from ages. Highly Recommended here.
This was followed with two interesting starters. We found an interesting name "Popiah" Malaysian Spring Rolls that were equally interesting to taste. Loved the presentation of this dish. Chicken parcels made with Rice paper rolls filled with crunchy bean sprouts, fresh herbs and fried shallots. This was colorful, crunchy and oozes with chicken juices in every bite.
One more dish that we devoured was Nargisi Scotch Egg that I have been longing to try for quite some time. These had soft boiled eggs coated with spicy minced lamb bread crumbed and deep fried. Drizzled with Aioli they were beautiful treat to dig in.
In the Mains, we tried their Mutton Madras Curry with Porotho, which reminded me of the distinct yet balanced flavors of famous Laal Maas. Honestly, this lamb preparations we have relished like never before. It was finger Licking good fiery lamb curry in southern flavours, yet had balanced spice and taste. Served with flaky Malabar Parantha this lamb curry was Delectable.

Their signature cocktails are by far the most impressive and innovative cocktails I have ever seen. My Favorite amongst them were Moscow mule and Snow Ball.
Moscow mule, served in Rustic Copper Jug Glass over crushed ice. Lime juice, vodka and Ginger Beer tops it up with A Hot Catalyst logo inscribed on Orange Peel, which made it look Glam. Both drinks were distinct and had a sophistication and class to it. Best part is that the Bartenders prepares and presents the drink to perfection. Mixology is at its best at Catalyst.
Snow Ball is another Barman classic concussion of Kahula, Tequila, Vanilla Fresh Cream and torched Cinnamon stick that is inserted in the drink to infuse flavors. Topped with mint and dust of icing sugar, it truly depicts a snow Ball.
Catalyst serves best innovative and sophisticated dining. The menu has been curated and conceptualized by their head Chef Tripal Negi, offering Global cuisines with a fusion to suit Indian taste buds. When it comes to food, they really know what are the combinations and flavors that will stand out. The Presentation has been their strength and intrinsic details speaks about the content of the food. The Quality is really nice and generous.
We started with A Som Tom Salad, which is a spicy raw papaya salad topped with Crushed peanut and Cherry tomatoes. This was tantalizing for taste buds and extremely light and luscious.
This was followed by Tamarind Smoked Jerk Chicken, which is Indian-Jamaikan fusion chicken marinated in jerk seasoning and tamarind touch Smoke and served with jungle slaw. Really moist and tender chicken pieces.
One of the surprising dish that was finger Licking good too was Cocktail Medhu Vada. Crunchy lentil vada made with leek and cheddar served with Aioli, Chutney and Sambhar. It was delicious.
Breakfast pizza is not all about breakfast, but it had those earthy, yet light toppings like chicken sausage, fried egg and mozzarella. It was thin crusted, light and crispy.
Highly Recommended and dish of the day is Burmese Khao Suey. The best tasted and flavorful Khao Suey platter that had all the elements served along and it tasted simply superb.
Oum Ali, An Egyptian God dessert that looks like a sheer bliss. Made with pastry and cream and topped with nuts and dry fruits and edible flowers, this looked and tasted Divine.
Overall, the Catalyst Gastrobar is an asset for Faridabad diners that will suit all preferences and vibes. We loved our Dining experience and it's been a month already, but I am still not over the experience.

Offlately, this area is buzzing with new entrants and you cannot afford to miss out. This Gastrobar is sophisticated yet modern-stylish. One thing that attracted me was the usage of greenery which just lifts up the mood and gives the hint of freshness. It also has a Terrace area, best enjoyable during evening hours.
From the kitchen, they are offering multi-cuisine fusion preparations which doesn’t just look good but are packed with flavour suited to Indian palette. Their Bar pushes out innovative insta-worthy signature cocktails, mocktails & shakes.
So after having a stroll through the restaurant, we sat and went through the menu which was quiet filling. So we tried following.
Nargisi Scotch Eggs were spectacular. Soft boiled eggs coated with spicy minced lamb and bread crumb and deep fried. Looked delectable and tasted yum. On the other hand, the Nawabi Waffle just messes up with your head since waffle is supposed to be sweet and here it is served with fried chicken, korma gravy and topped with vegetable salad. Though loved fried chicken with korma gravy but couldn’t relate to waffle as much as a whole dish. However they have many variations in their All-day-breakfast menu for you to choose from. Murg ke Angare, fiery chicken leg cooked in clay oven, such satisfying juicy and tender chicken legs, Palak patta chaat, Cocktail medu vada cheddar topped served with Aioli and chutney on side, Singapore style crispy fried chilli prawns, Spring rolls with a crispy thin sheet exterior and fresh vegetables inside are few of their outstanding dishes.
So overwhelming, I started capturing (enclosing pictures) and you can gauge for yourselves how good the food & drinks looked and I can tell you everything tasted yum.
