Visited for a dine-in experience, and while the ambiance and service were genuinely impressive, the food was extremely disappointing.

We ordered Gautom’s Signature Platter, expecting something special. Instead, we were served dishes like kebab, soya chaap, and dahi kebab that had a strange aftertaste—especially the paneer, which tasted spoiled or expired. The food left a bad aftertaste and felt completely off.

When we brought this up with the manager, he came over, took food directly from our plate, and instead of showing concern or responsibility, he blamed their suppliers, saying things like, “This is paneer with extra curd” (which we did not add—this was clearly from the kitchen). He continued by saying “maybe the vendors added something”. For a signature dish, that kind of excuse is unacceptable. If it’s your signature item, take responsibility for it.

What made the experience even worse was that while other tables were being handed review forms, we were not given one after our complaint—clearly an attempt to avoid documented negative feedback.

Soups , chinese and south indian all are very tasty . The staff exemplifies top-notch service, demonstrating attentiveness and friendliness throughout the meal.

Hygiene is evidently a priority, with clean and well-maintained facilities. It was so neat and clean. Interior is too good . The restaurant's location adds to its charm, providing a serene and pleasant atmosphere for patrons.
