Kwality Cafe Panipat — Restaurant in Haryana

Total waste of Time and Money! Don't visit this place! I went there as it was recommended by a friend, I was amazed to see the ambience and because of the dazzling interior I ordered the waffle, thinking they have competent staff! As the picture shows clearly the waffle was burnt from one side! I started eating and found it bitter but because they turned it over and kept the cooked part facing me and the burnt part flipped, I couldn't find out! As soon as I figured it out, I called the server and asked him to call the manager to which he said, and I quote "we all are managers here!" I was shocked to hear this, I showed him the burnt food that he had served and he said "Sir jala hua nahi hai aap dekho chocolate sauce lagi hui hai!" to this I showed him the burnt food properly, he confirmed it in front of me with the chef that the food was burnt, the chef who prepared blatantly said "yes it was burnt but mujhe laga unhe pata nahi chalega, Maine saaf karke Diya tha" I think he didn't know that I was listening as well! After this I simply asked him to bring the cheque! I paid ₹250 for the burnt food they offered me, which I didn't even finish! They had the audacity to first serve the food late, then bring burnt food to the guests, then argue with the guest about the quality of the food and topped with the cheque for the food that was burnt and I didn't even finish! Very very rude behaviour of the staff . They even dont know how to treat with the customer . Actually i need to wait for someone to meet officially ok in Kwality and i said give me food they said sorry you cant wait for 1 hour. We are not allow from owner side . I felt very guilty just to enter in Kwality . I humble request to owner please teach your staff to behave with manners . First time i heard not allowed like this . I was not waiting in free . I want to place an order and i need to wait .

I dont want anything in free . I always pay for even single thing . Ok believe in good behaviour .

Very very rude staff .....

I dont recommend this shop in terms of safety .. Especially not safe for females . Dont dine in please .

Extremely sorry for that but i need to inform whats happening in your shop in absence of owner / respected manager . ..

They just are doing malicious thing nothing...
