I've visited numerous McDonald's locations across Punjab, but my recent experience at this particular outlet was disappointingly subpar. The food I received was notably cold. The burger, usually a reliable choice, had a patty that was excessively dry and tough, making it a challenge to chew. Additionally, the fries, which are typically a highlight, fell short of expectations. They lacked their usual crispiness and seemed as if they had been sitting out for at least 30 minutes before being served.

I recognize that fast-food restaurants can have busy periods, but maintaining quality is crucial. It's disappointing when an establishment fails to deliver the classic McDonald's experience, especially when it comes to the fundamentals of freshness and temperature. On 23rd June around 6pm while coming we stopped at this outlet. Ordered 4 burgers 2+2, 1 fries, 2 Cold coffee. The paper glasses used for coffee were leaking from the bottom. Both my coffees were half in the tray by the time I reached sitting. I went to the staff showing the damage. They opened one cup and said it is half used so we will replace 1. I was in hurry so agreed upon it. Though that half was on the tray soaked with tissue papers. The new 1 coffee which they replaced was also in damaged cup so was leaking. It fell om my clothes & shoes as this time there was no tray. This is how you deal with your customers. Extremely annoyed for stopping over McDonald....
