Dear Starbucks Team,

VERY DISAPPOINTED, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at one of your stores. On 13th Feb 2024, I visited your store located at Pebble Downtown, Sector 12, Faridabad and placed an order for a "Java Berry Chip Cream Frappuccino." The worst taste of this frappuccino I have ever had! Not expecting this type of service from STARBUCKS.

To my dismay, upon receiving my order, I found that the Frappuccino was severely lacking in quality. Instead of the delicious blend of flavors I had expected, the drink contained only crushed ice with no discernible taste. This was highly disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid for the beverage.

Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff at the time of purchase, no appropriate action was taken to address the situation. As a regular customer who values the quality and consistency of Starbucks products, I believe that such a subpar experience is unacceptable.

Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the aforementioned order. It is my belief that as a customer, I should receive the quality and satisfaction promised by Starbucks.

I’m genuinely disappointed with Starbucks lately. My last three visits have been underwhelming and frustrating, especially for the price they charge.

First, let’s talk about the coffee. Both the cappuccino and cold coffee were a complete letdown. The cappuccino had no depth, almost watery, and lacked the rich, velvety texture it’s supposed to have. The cold coffee? Tasteless and diluted, felt like flavored ice water more than anything else. This has been a consistent issue, not a one-off.

Now the food, honestly, shocking. I ordered the Spinach Corn Sandwich, and to my surprise, there was no visible spinach. Whatever was inside tasted strange, mushy, and definitely not fresh. It had a stale aftertaste, as if it had been reheated more than once. For a brand like Starbucks, this is unacceptable.

Quality control seems to have gone out the window. If I’m paying premium prices, I at least expect the basics to be right, fresh ingredients and decent coffee. Sadly, Starbucks has become more about branding than...

They have the standard selection of hot and cold coffees and teas, hot chocolate, bottled juices, and other soft beverages. Among snacks, they have various wraps, panini, bagel sandwiches, chilli cheese toast, and sweets like muffins, cakes, cupcake brownies, etc. All fairly dependable, plus because they offer free WiFi for customers, it’s a popular place for people who want to sit here in comfort and get some work done.
