Super Donuts- EAT HOUSE — Restaurant in Haryana

Recently we organised our daughter's birthday party at Eat House Super donuts sector 11 panchkula. The experience was pathetic. If you go there for snacks or meal then its fine but going there for a party or a family function booked in their basement.. highly disgusting. To start with they said that if we go for a birthday party then it's their company's policy that we have to buy a cake from their bakery. We have celebrated our kids birthday at Baker's Lounge also, they also have their own bakery but no such unreasonable conditions. We agreed and we ordered a half kg cake for a little celebration and to our horror there was a BIG STRAND OF HAIR IN THE CAKE..we informed Mr. ROHIT SHARMA and he said sorry I'll check. That's it. Secondly, the service was awful. There was only 2 staff members serving a birthday party with 16 kids and 8 adults.. everyone had to wait long time for the food. We had to make the guests stay as many of them wanted to leave without food. Thirdly they counted our no. Of guests wrong, and billed 6 extra guests then we had to make them remember the guests and corrected the bill amount. Instead of making no. Of mistakes the behavior of Mr. ROHIT SHARMA AND HIS STAFF who were serving us was highly unapologetic and unprofessional. We opted super donuts considering their ambience and food quality but the service and negative hospitality ruined our evening. I recently visited @eathous with high expectations based on its online presence, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.

Firstly, the service was notably slow and disorganized. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, we had to wait an unusually long time for our food, and the staff seemed inattentive and unprepared.

Secondly, the food quality did not justify the price. The dishes lacked flavor, and one of the items we ordered was served cold, which was both unappetizing and concerning from a hygiene standpoint.

Lastly, the ambiance, though presented as cozy online, felt cramped and poorly maintained in reality.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe constructive feedback is important. I sincerely hope @eathous takes this review as an opportunity to improve its service, food quality, and overall customer experience.
