We recently hosted a series of functions at this hotel and unfortunately encountered numerous issues across multiple departments and services. If I were to elaborate in full, it would require an entire document to cover the extent of the shortcomings.||||It is evident that the owner has minimal involvement in the hotel's operations. From our experience, it appears that hospitality is not their core business, but rather a side venture alongside their primary work in pharmaceutical manufacturing. However, if a business cannot be managed with genuine commitment, especially one that involves people’s hard-earned money and life events, it raises serious concerns.||||We urge potential customers to read reviews carefully before making any bookings. The hotel continues to function largely due to the dedication and sincerity of a few commendable staff members—our respect to them for upholding customer service despite the circumstances.||||We sincerely hope the management takes this feedback constructively and reflects deeply on the responsibility that comes with running a service-oriented establishment.||||It is also important to reflect that when one takes on the responsibility of serving people—especially during meaningful life occasions—there is a moral and spiritual duty to uphold sincerity, integrity, and care. The receptionist is rude, the staff is not cooperative, rooms are very dirty, they argue unnecessarily. Even after telling them to change the bedsheets & blankets they never did! Please look at the condition of hotel amenities in the photo. Cobwebs on bedhead. My niece had bite marks on her body by bedbugs. Water spillage issue's from washbasin. No water provided, no glass were kwpt in tbe room. The washroom door of maximum rooms were not closing properly, no latches on doors. The main door of the rooms had issues when opening with the automatic key. We were left waiting for half an hour at 12pm in the night as the room doors were not opening even with the masterkey! This incident was disappointing, highlighting significant security lapses. The lack of adequate surveillance and apparent negligence in safeguarding guests' belongings are unacceptable for an establishment of this stature. Additionally, the unresponsive attitude of the staff when addressing this issue further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. The overall condition of the hotel was subpar; the rooms were dirty, with damp walls and cockroaches present, and the staff was rude and indifferent. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; it is very poor in all aspects, and the staff is horrible. If you choose to stay here, be aware that your gold items or other valuables may be at risk of theft.
