Ice Spice — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

I have visited it 2-3 times and every time the experience has declined. The food is ok but the service is really pathetic. The third and last time I visited I told them that I was in hurry plz tell which dish or food can be delivered at the earliest. They gave me two options and I ordered one out of them. After half an hour I asked when will I get the food. They said its prepared. After full 50 mins they brought the food when I had got late and had stood up and was about to leave it. We visited here to explore some tasty food ... But where is the taste broo ..... We ordered a pizza .... 45 mints bad pizza aya h wo b jla hua ... Tasteless.... Ol jb hmne staff ko btaya that pizza was so bekar and jla hua ... They were like cook ne bnaya h ... Pr jla hua kese o skta ? ... Hm reviews jhuta thodi na denge upr se face to face review dere h .... They don't know how to deal with customer and even the food was so tasteless ... Time waste ,, money waste .... Or taste waste .... Bnda explore krne se phle 50 bar...

These guys are horrible, they use to make you wait for the food for an hour after that they use to say sorry. i paid them without eating and went to the restaurant Chanakya next to them, they took 5 - 7 minutes to prepare the food and the food is also Delicious. i would like to tell ice spice owner that stop harassing the people.
