Pathetic service by counter person ( Ra) Let me start from very beginning.. After entering no one even cared , no one responded by his/her own, forget about the greetings. Even i said hello to ms. Ra she is making bills at the counter, I asked her about the new offer she replied as if there exists only offer that if i will order for more than 350 rs. I suppose to get 100 points and for 600 points one pizza will be free. I asked her suggest me some thing new stuff if any like i witnessed paratha pizza and burger pizza. After few minutes of wait i received by myself at the counter the pizza only...no drink I asked her as if she forgot to give me the 7 up, she ignored and i went again to the counter to collect the same. I even didn't recieved the 4 oregano and 2 chilli flakes as mentioned in the bill At last when i asked her about the registration in point system she said sorry and asked me that from next time she will register for the same as this time she had forgotten.

I stopped going to dominos few year ago as they dropped their quality so much. Finally after few years gap I went their and ordered a farmhouse pizza. On receiving the product I smelled some stale smell from it and came to know it was because of stale mushroom used by the dominoz staff. On asking them they told me it is like this and they have used fresh mushroom(like I'm eating a farmhouse pizza or mushroom for the Ist time). I had the WORST experience with this Solan branch of Dominos and not only once but twice. The manager Sanjeev has no manners or etiquettes to how to speak to a customer. Their driver Sarabjeet is the most horrible delivery guy they have who is a liar. First of all they made me wait an hour for my food, then they don't follow their policy of 30 minutes and under delivery or free.
