I ordered your “Double Burst Pizza” expecting an extravagant, extra-cheesy delight—real mozzarella sandwiched between two layers of crust, oozing with authentic cheese flavor. What I received was a gloppy smear of mayonnaise—yes, mayo—masquerading as cheese in both layers. This is nothing short of bait-and-switch. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, this constitutes an “unfair trade practice” (Section 2(1)(r)) and “misleading advertisement” (Section 17). By substituting genuine cheese with condiment-grade mayo, you’ve infringed on my right to accurate information (Section 2(1)(d)) and deprived me of the benefit of my bargain (Section 2(1)(k)).

To add insult to injury, the crust was doughy and undercooked in spots, while the sauce was thin, bland, and watery—completely failing to complement what little filling there was. The so-called “double burst” turned into a double disaster on my plate. When I complained, the staff was dismissive and refused any refund or replacement—another breach of your obligation to “take back defective goods” (Section 2(1)(g)) and provide consumer redressal (Section 18).

This isn’t just bad pizza; it’s deceptive business. I was forced to lodge a formal complaint with the local consumer forum, citing false labeling and substandard quality. If you’re considering ordering here, think twice—unless you’re in the market for a mayonnaise smear masquerading under the guise of a “double burst” cheese extravaganza.

I sincerely hope management revisits both the kitchen and their compliance with consumer protection laws before more customers fall victim to this...

Updating my review, I have ordered several times from them, last time was such a disaster. Updating from 5 star review to 1 star, they don't deserve 1 star either. Ordered a cheese burst pizza and the pizza was stale. Called them and sent it back to check and they absolutely disagreed. While there cashier was agreeing that the sauce was bad and due to that the pizza was stinking, but took a 180 after taking to his manager. 3 of my guests had to through the pizza out of there mouth in the dustbin. They were like you can order another pizza anytime, complementary. Why would someone take a chance to have a stale pizza ever again and get a FOOD POSIONING ???

Asked them issue a refund on pizza on which they were like we can issue 50% of the pizza value and then refused that too, that we will only give a comp pizza which I didn't want obviously.

I prefer to give a feedback than writing a negative review but LAPINOZ SOLAN IS JUST NOT READY TO LISTEN! Attaching a picture of pizza which...

Not even deseve a star. I orded many pizza for my joint family and friends.

Zamatoo guy wants us to bring carrybags to chuck them all in. Waste of time. I called the outlet personlly lady picked and she was like very rude instead saying things politly.

Secondly, after the arrival of pizzas main hot craving of my wife was missing (CHEESY DIP). WE DINT ENJOY OUR STUFF GARLIC BREAD.

BILL WAS HAVING ERROR TOO, ONLINE WE WERE ASKED TO PAY RS415, DONT KNOW WHY WE PAID 450.

MY PARENTS , MY WIFE AND MY SON DINT GET SATIFACTION AT ALL, HADE OF IT IS STILL STIING IN BOXES.

We arnt having pizza for the first time, we need bags to get them in.
