Street Rasoi — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

I was gone for vacation in Shimla, I walked on mall road in the night and looking for a restaurant for dinner, I saw this restaurant it was looking a little bit busy and full with the customers. When I ask for a table, the cashier told me to wait 10 min I agreed with him but it takes 15-20 min to give a table. I ordered Paneer butter masala and 2 plain naans but he give butter naan and when we finished naan and then we ordered 2 plain naans again this time he gives me my proper order, Paneer butter masala quality and quantity both was good it's sufficient for two-person of you are not a big hunter, I want to try more dishes but my bad luck in the next early morning I have to leave for Manali and staff, hygiene both was good, i was guessing that chef is from Gadwal when i ask the cashier about chef i was right. The Street Rasoi is a small and petite restaurant located just below the Mall Road, quite close to the Christ Church, which is located on the Ridge above the Mall. It's in the same unassuming building as the more popular Chennai Maratha. I got a seat immediately, this being just before the tourist season. Since it was lunch time I ordered rajmah and roti. The restaurant has an arrangement with another eatery for some of the dishes on its menu. The rotis are prepared on-site. The rajmah was in a thick gravy and cooked just right. The rotis were hot from the tandoor. The restaurant very thoughtfully provides chutney and onions with most orders. It's a place primarily for eating, as there's a constant flow of new diners. Disappointing Experience – Stale Tandoori Roti Served

I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the quality of food and service. I ordered Sabji and Tandoori Roti, expecting freshly made, hot food. However, the Roti was clearly not fresh—it seemed like it was pre-made, reheated, and then served. Even after requesting a proper, fresh Roti, the staff ignored my concern and served the same one again.
