Ordered a chicken keema paratha pizza and a corn cheese paratha pizza. There was no keema in keema paratha pizza only cheese stuffed between 2 parathas. When I complained the staff called and said no resolution will be done if you dont have a photo of it. When I tried to make my point, she said "resolve nhi hoga". Such rude behavior with an old customer like me. Unbelievable. I will urge everybody not to order from these foreign companies.

Update: No resolution of grievance. This reply from dominos customer care was fake. I emailed and got no response. Please avoid ordering from dominos.

Update: Their response: "Things like this happen everytime. Sometimes toppings are inadequate sometimes stuffings." If you are ordering beware, keep a mobile with you to take a picture of half-served/incomplete pizzas.

Better avoid and choose an outlet which delivers...

This store is such a disgrace for the brand. Dominos should really do something about this specific store. These people are scamming people by giving them disgusting food. I recently ordered from this store through zomato. First of all they sent their own delivery person and the food arrived 1.30 hours late. The guy didn’t complete the order on the app and it is still showing incomplete even though I received the order and paid for it through cash. That was the mistake I did because now even the zomato’s customer service can’t do anything because according to them the order isn’t complete. These people are such scammers, they send you such bad food, take the money and then dont even pick up the call so you cant complain. I am never ordering anything from here and I will tell all my friends and family who live nearby to never order from this...

I recently ordered 2 pizza's and garlic bread from this location through zomato. The food arrived 1.30 hours late and it was cold, stale and really hard. The order was a Cash on delivery one and they sent their own delivery person. After he delivered the order he didn't mark it complete on zomato but he already got the money from me. Now, I am not able to complain about my order because according to the app my order is still incomplete so the customer service can't do anything about it. The restaurant is not picking up the call and neither is the driver. This is a scam they are doing by giving the customer bad food and then not completing the order so that we can't complain about it and then they won't even receive your call. I would suggest anyone ordering from this location to please make sure they check their food before...
