Pizza Hut | Avani Mall, Kolkata — Restaurant in Howrah

Pathetic experience..quitting this pizza hut br.of avani mall from today.today evening I ordered a personal double chkn sausage pizza..along with 2 garlic bread n a cold drinks of 279/- with GST about 290ish/-arond 8:30-32pm, now I asked for the bill but the guy in the counter(Anik s.c) told me that the bill will be delivered via msg in given phn no..after 20 min.i knocked again then after short 1-2 min i rcvd my meal..i was wondered about the amount of sausage they gave for around 290/-ish meal in the name of double sausage,the upper layer of cheese crust were hard as always,bread were a bit stiff ,not cut in 4 pcs properly too,i wonder did they serve microwaved pizza??or is there ever any quality control chk up take place??or we don't take things seriously??..anyway i didn't rcvd the bill n complained them about it by seeing that ''ring the bell if you haven't rcvd the bill, or the order will be free(something like that)'' in down contact ajay kr.shaw.., something they hanged on their wall near gateway...well,they argued,asked for my no.so they can reprint the bill again..i told why?i have allready given my no.once..my token no.was 144,which they showed ,i tried to take a pic as proof but the workers didn't let that happen...anyway,i came back home,then after coming back home around ''9:53 pm'' the guy(anik) called in my no. n told me that he wants to give the hardcopy of the bill or via Whatsapp...I told him I'll have a talk with mr.ajay kr shaw regarding this issue but he is unreachable in the given phn no. not seeing Whatsapp also ...really now i have 2 thing to say..1.why the quality is like this when they r taking that amount of money..2.why putting such clause of "if not rcvd bill then free order",if you dont wanna follow it atall,rather argue with customer....not clear to me,anyway, not influencing anyone but personally, I really quit pizza hut br. of avanimall from...

The place is one of my favorite place for lunch and dinner. Whenever I go for shopping in avani mall I prefer to Pizza Hut for dine in. The place is located in a corner of food court in avani mall. The decoration is so well and in interior there is a dreamy yellow light. The seating arrangement is so good and the round sofas for setting with group is so cool. Since I visited so many times there, I have tried many different items in there. The cheese balls are so crisp and crunchy. Also the garlic bread is good enough. Only the potato fries are ok ok type. I always prefer stuffed pizzas with cheese loaded. I tried many types of pizzas with different toppings and I never disappointed. In all this my favorite is farmer's peak. Now come with other services. The staff of the restaurant are well behaved and very friendly. Meanwhile at most of the times they helped to pick a perfect choice of pizza in consideration of certain desires and mood. The wait time for the food is moderate. Sometimes it take little long but it's okay. Also one thing for which I prefer this place is this is not much crowded. Even in weekends I always get a table. So you can spend a perfect peaceful moment with either someone special or with just friends and family. Also there is some particular offer for take away orders. One can check it also. Do you know what is the most emptiest space in Avani Mall? It's the dining of Pizza Hut located at Avani food court.

You can see this hifi dining empty all the time doesn't matter on which day at what time you visit. Where's the food court is always crowded.

Maybe its because of their current offer. You can takeway any medium sized pizza at 50% off & enjoy the same at food court or pay twice just to have the same at Pizza Hut dining. Or maybe the quality is the reason for its emptiness.

Anyway I took their simple Non Veg Magic Meal Combo for Rs.177 that includes one Chicken Hot & Spicy Pizza, 2pc Garlic Bread and small Pepsi. Pizza, well it wasn't based on pizza crust it felt like normal bread. Lots of cheese was present with few pieces of highly processed chicken that tasted absolutely worse. Round Garlic Bread felt like toast biscuit, hard and tasteless. After having this I won't say it was a tasty deal at all.

I think Pizza Hut doesn't need to pay rent to Avani group if they don't use the dining. So they don't want their customers to let in. Paying twice for the same thing just to have it in their dining is complete nonsense. Even after that this branch doesn't provide...
