They gave me curries in two pots as in bihar. The look is same as the original champaran with whole garlic , colour and oil.
But when I tasted it, Giving burnt smell (slight ginger oil) No taste.... Only too much spiceee...🌶
Tried to eat more. But i couldn't as there is no taste with too much spice and slight burnt taste. I immediate thought was to eat ice cream. I ordered thums up which could n't help me either. Usually I eat more spice than others.but here this spice I couldn't. There is no difference in taste b/w chicken and mutton. I feel chicken is better than mutton.
I spoke with people working near curry preparation. They are preparing 5 kg curry in big pot and serving in individual pots. They told me they are using sunflower oil with little/no ginger oil as hyderabad people not Habituated to ginger oil. u need take token first and take ur seat get relaxed.... with in 2 mnt u get ur plate with banana leaf desi style ....

first i started with mutton curry gravy tasted littel spicy , pieces r nt tender, felt sticky and gummy , may be it may take mre time to get ready.....
when coming to chamaparan chicken completly disappointing, to much of spicy and no taste better to each our Telangana Bagara rice and curry. we alos tried natu kodi chicken some wat okey with it
ordered sambar that taste far better than all others curries.....
if u have any high expectations after insta reels better stop.....
