I think the Amnesia has decided to pull you back again and again just for their yummilicious desserts. They have few wonder well sweetness in the menu. We have been served with three never forgetten lip smacking plates on our table. And we lost on the frazzled bowls.
The Baked Yogurt is the perfect example for the culinary specialist how can a simple made dessert could mesmeriz the guests. Vanilla Greek yogurt baked and served with Indian touch of Gulab Jamuns and the crisp rose petals was like we had nothing better but the amazing one.
Apple Pie, is another dessert that won my heart with the fantastic sweetness, Anzac biscuit crumble on a tart topped of American apple pie with vanilla scoope is like the drizzling drops of first rain of the season, now you can imagine how much I have enjoyed this super yumm American dessert.

While Jubilee hills’ paving the way to become party capital of the city and increasing competition among bars and lounges, what must the restaurateurs do to improvise.? Well, Amnesia has got the answer! Offering a Sky Bar Experience, Amnesia has come up with their second branch in one of the most happening places across Hyderabad... you guessed it, The Inorbit Mall ! Keeping their word of being a Sky Bar, they’re located on the 5th floor of Inorbit Mall, offering a beautiful view of Durgam Cheruvu which is right next to the mall... Sharing the Rooftop with Fusion9 and having a competitive neighbourhood, with ‘Absolute Barbeque’ right next to them and ‘Dialogue In the Dark’ on the same floor, It definitely takes quite a lot to stand out. Usually rooftops do not focus on the Ambience, but I must appreciate the attention to detail about their ambience. Offering a comfortable seating alongside a picturesque view, beautifully crafted menu and a full Bar, Amnesia has left no table unturned in terms of Customer-Satisfaction.! Amnesia hosts the most beautifully crafted and curated menus that I’ve personally come across, be it veg/non-veg starters, the variety of entrées and the finest desserts. Along with a bunch of bloggers, I was invited for a food tasting session over a sunday brunch, and I couldn’t have spent my sunday any better... Beginning with the Mexican Potato Skin where soft boiled potato skins filled with spiced veggies topped with loads of cheese and a garnish of parsley, made it a dish worth trying! Next was the Asian Crunchy Veg Rolls, deep-fried until golden brown, these rolls were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a delicious onion filling, these rolls went well with the course. The Broccoli Cheese Kebab was the highlight amongst the starters. Char-grilled Broccoli covered in a thick layer of cheese. The Cheese and Corn Corquets were Deef-fried Cheese and Corn bullets with a crisp outer layer and an oozy filling. Aforementioned were the vegetarian starters, now lemme talk about the Non-veg starters. Starting with the Iranian Joojeh Kebab, beautifully marinated in authentic spices and char-grilled to perfection. I could chew these kebabs with bare gums. The Makhmali Murg Tikka, where fillets of Chicken Tikkas were covered in a fluffy egg blanket which enhanced the taste altogether. Moving on to the Entrées, alongside beautifully prepared authentic Indian Entrées, like Paneer Methi Chaman Bahar, Dhabe Da Murg, Railway Road Mutton Curry and Kerala Mutton Fry, they also serve italian delicacies which includes, Skillet Lasagna (veg/non-veg), Varieties of Sun-Dried Chicken and Veg Penne Pasta, a range of pizzas and Spaghetti Pesto Aioli, which was undoubtedly the highlight of Entrées. For Desserts, we were served the New York Baked Cheese Cake, having a crunchy bottom topped with soft cream cheese and a drizzle of Blueberry Purée. Followed by the Baked Yogurt with Gulab Jamun, Baked to perfection the yogurt had right amount of sweetness, served along with Gulab Jamun and a garnish of Gulkhand (sweet preserve, made using rose petals mixed with sugar) making it the ‘Must Try’ of Desserts. Lastly the Gooey Chocolate Brownie served with a scoop of Vanilla Ice-Cream and a drizzle of Hot Chocolate. Apart from food, the service here was on point, with the staff being attentive and maintaining the friendly vibe. We also had a word with the Head Chef who took a proper feedback from everyone assuring us that this would only be taken in constructive terms. Apart from food and service, they also offer a full bar serving you drinks on demand. But me being a teetotaller wouldn’t be the right person to justify the drinks in this review. However, I’ve tasted their Non-Alcoholic Mocktails, and I’ve personally loved the Guava Chatpat and Blue Ocean Mocktails. They’re my personal...

Combining fantastic views, great mixes, of the quaffable and auditory kind, and above all experiences you want to tell your friends about, Amnesia Sky Bar is one such place which has opened up its second outlet at the most popular mall in the Cyber hub of the city, Inorbit Mall. Amnesia shares the same premises with Fusion 9 on the 5th floor of the mall & has a great view of the cityscape whilst overlooking the Durgam Cheruvu Lake & Jubilee Hills. They also have an ample seating space with a laidback vibe thereby making it a to-go place after a heavy week's toll at your office. However, the real mood sets in as the sun goes down and the lights pop up at this place which sets the mood for a perfect Friday evening. We visited this place on a fine Saturday afternoon for lunch. Starting off the fare with an array of beverages including both cocktails & mocktails helped in setting the right mood for a perfect Saturday; some of them were Drunk N Monk, Guava Chat Pat, Get Well Soon & Aam Admi. Moving to the appetizers, Iranian Joojhe Kebab was served which composed of chicken chunks marinated in saffron and lemon juice, smoked in a tandoor and cooked till perfection. Next up was Asian Crunchy Roll was another signature dish from the kitchen which were crispy rolls packed with assorted veggies; a must-try at this place. Mexican Potato Skins was another creation that had grated mushrooms, onion, red pepper, corn, cheese and other spices making a really good appetizer for vegetarians. Pepper Chilli Chicken was served which had meat chunks tossed in chili n sour sauce with veggies and other spices making it a nice appetizer along with some cool beverages for a young age. Brocolli Cheese Kebab was another signature dish that had broccoli pieces marinated with cheese and kebab'd till perfection served with salad; a must recommended dish from the veg section. Fish Tikka was yet a good preparation with tender meat fish pieces marinated with tikka masala & was really finger-licking good, lemony and filled with flavors. From the Baos, we were served Lamb Mushroom Bao and Chinatown Bao which was mushroom and lamb meat pieces tossed with the in-house sauce and wrapped around with soft buns; both of these bao's should be tried as per platter preference. From the pasta & pizza section, BBQ Chicken Pizza and Greek Pizza, both of which had a fine thin crust with chicken chunks and assorted vegetables respectively, well-cooked which can be easily paired up with a glass of red wine to sip on.Moving onto the Main course, we had Sunrise Chicken Penne which had penne sauce with assorted veggies tossed in creamy white cheese. Spaghetti Pesto Aioli composed of noodles tossed with pesto sauce, cheese in olive oil, however, the quantity of pesto sauce could have been controlled a bit, as it was overdone. Moving to the Rotis & curries, we were served Naans along with Dal Makhni, Paneer Butter Masala, Railway Road Mutton Curry & Rara Gosht; I absolutely loved the mutton curry and paneer curry as both of them had the right balance of flavors and cooked till perfection. Even Dal Tadka was equally good when paired up with roti/naan. Next up was Nasi Goreng which had some fragrant rice paired up with chicken, prawns and shredded omelet making it the ultimate comfort food for spice lovers. Mutton Malabar Biryani was another signature dish from the Chef which had great aroma & taste. We ended with some sinful desserts - Goey chocolate brownie(sizzling brownie with ice cream, a standard prep), Apple Crumble Pie(tart with thin outer crust with flavors of apples & cinnamon kicking in, was served with a scoop of vanilla), Baked Yoghurt(yoghurt with a tinge of burnt sugar served with gulab jamun and gulkand making it a perfect ending for an...
