I have always found that Westin is the best 5 star hotel in Hyderabad so far. I have usually stayed there for 1-2 days but this time I stayed here at Westin for 27 days.

The staff is undoubtedly extremely friendly and helpful. Be it the reception or at their dedicated restaurants or the housekeeping, all of them have been so amazing.

The in room dining staff like Simran, Kanupriya, Rohit, and more have been great at serving me throughout. The Housekeeping staff like Revanth, Harish, Prudvi, Manavi Rai, Swamri,Ajay, Sai, Willaim, Reethika, Upasana, and more have been so amazing. I remember at times I would ask them for extra water bottles and tissues and they would just get it in no time.

The staff at Daily treats like Humaira Rashmi,JoyDeb, Jennifer, Venky, Akash, Vicky, and more all have been so amazing. I know I have always asked them for filter coffee back to back during the breakfast as I love filter coffee and they would get it for me. Chefs like Rajesh who would just ask me what I love to eat and have that ordered and also make sure it tastes good too. I didn’t feel like I left Delhi as I stayed here. Even Chef Abhayi was amazing. I remember how he got me Dosa with Podi. I really enjoyed the good food by Rajesh and Abhayi.

The staff would constantly check on me and if I need anything like Vivi, Mego, Ruby and Lily. I so want to thank Vicky as well. They all have been so caring throughout my stay duration.
