I visited this cream stone for the first time i was surprised by viewing multiple flavours in ice cream and also stone ice cream as well. They provide scope ice cream minimum purchase cost is 100/- this ice cream is served on Paper Cup or Cone based on our interest we can pick our own. To avoid paper usage i picked a cone for scoop ice cream i tried one of the chocolate flavour Dark devil I felt this Darkdevil flavour is average next time I will try other flavour. Staff without proper knowledge ,specially to mention Ms.Sneha the person who took our order ,I asked for MAKE YOUR OWN CONCEPT priced at 195 ,we selected 2scoops , but she made a bill for 2separate scoops ,and charged us around 300 and if we ask she said she cannot change the order ,

I would have given a nevative rating if possible. I have ordered a lotus biscoff and a sitaphal milkshake and both are an absolute disaster. The icecream barely has any lotus biscoff and he didnt even give me waffle until i asked. Now i realised he didnt even put the lotus biscoff biscuit on top. Imagine someone who doesnt know what its made of, pure scam. And the sitaphal milkshake literally tastes just like milk, theres no flavour. Worst ever. I have seen them handing out orders to others as well and everyone was extremely disappointed with the quantity or how they made it. The staff cant understand menu, they are very conservative, they just want to save ingredients as much as possible and dont know what to do. Why operate a branch when you cant...

One of the best icecream places in Hyderabad , a wide variety of Icecreams are available at this place..! It's open late at night and you can drive here for the best ice cream you'll get in the city.. the service is great and the staff are friendly and the ice-cream tastes awesome.! Ice cream is sweet and fresh..! The fruit variety in ice-cream is also available and trust me it's fresh and awesome ! The fudge form is available and the cone ice cream is also available ! The drive here is hassle free it's literally on the main road and navigation in Google maps will get you there just fine , no vallet parking is available at this place..! The payment can be done via cash or Card cash being the preferably...
