I was a big fan of this hotel but since the time they have moved to new place across the road, the management and staff has changed the quality and taste has gone down the drain. I had visited the place with my parents they are in their late sixties and cannot have white flour, so I asked the manager of wheat flour phulka is available he said yes phulka are made up of wheat flour. But it was white and he later said sorry for the wrong info. We ordered chicken Afghani which was served with omlette and spicy biryani chicken masala was added when asked if it is Chicken Afghani he said cook indianised it, I really did not like the attitude of waiter so I called manager and he said it's not exactly afghani because he thought we may not like the taste of chicken Afghani... I said why do you guys even take the order if you want to cook anything. Atlast came the cold mutton biryani with plain rice and no masala and 4 pieces of mutton. I started shouting at them for mismanagement and screwing up with all the dishes. They did not have any response except sorry. When I refused to pay they brought the fresh biryani, looks like they were serving the leftover Biryani from afternoon.
Bahar cafe owner should visit this facility these guys are ruining the brand name which you have created.
Worst quality of food. Useless...

I was giving the token how ever the gentleman would not even consider taking the token into his hand and did not even respond with a gesture to take the token, he simply was peeking on to the token and my hand was still in the air, i waited like that for a couple of seconds, and his action was to look at it and no expression and gave my parcel . I at least expected some thing like a gesture or word telling me stop giving the token , when there is intent of taking the token from his end . On top of it, i was the only one available there. I found this action a little rude.
it is like two people meet and one person gives his hand to shake and there is no reaction from the other person except for saying bye bye.
Pros : Quantity for the cost of Biryani is great, Taste is awesome. They only need to improve on training the staff with some customer service skills from an...

There are few things more disappointing in life than being served something called "veg biryani" that turns out to be nothing more than colored rice with random boiled vegetables. No aroma, no spice layering, no dum cookingâjust betrayal in a bowl.
The worst veg biryani I ever had tasted like someone opened a bag of frozen mixed veggies, dumped them into plain basmati rice, and tossed it all with orange food coloring and a sprinkle of masalaâprobably from a packet labeled âBiryani-ish.â Not a trace of ghee, no fried onions, no saffron, no depth of flavor.
Call it âpulao,â call it âmixed vegetable rice,â call it anythingâbut donât dishonor the word âbiryaniâ like that. It deserves...
