I have visited this place a week ago! It is good, ice creams are freshly prepared with many flavours! Here we have unique flavours! They provide the ice cream in waffle cones as well as in a eco friendly cup, its upto our choice! They give us cups of their own brand that you can take away with you! . The place is very hygienic! They will always welcome you to come and taste all of their varieties of flavours of ice creams! The menu is also pocket friendly! The price is worth for it! . Today, I visited the Indulge store at the Kukatpally branch. Unfortunately, the staff was extremely rude and did not provide the service I expected. I reported the issue to the branch manager, Mahesh/Mukesh, who promptly stepped in and handled the situation exceptionally well, addressing the staff's behavior effectively.

Team no service is good if not served on time. I am sorry but one should not be kept waiting 15-20 minutes for a chat. Also, being rude with customer will not take you anywhere especially when someone comes to you requesting status of order. Almond House team you should team some customer service basics...
