Big Byte Bakers — Restaurant in Hyderabad

We had a very disheartening, disrespectful behaviour from the Cashier Sohail yesterday at the Big Byte Srinagar Colony. I had taken a product of 35/- and I gave it to the cashier, he says, *already one customer's billing is going on, Can't you see it ? " I just took it very easily, and I was waiting. Then comes a lady with lot of products and directly goes to the bill, he saw me and didn't even ask me to wait, immediately took that lady's products and stopped the previous customer also. This is was very disrespectful behaviour from the employee Sohail. When my turn came, after waiting for 15 mins, I opened my phone which was ready to pay, I was entering the amount, the Cashier with no respect and utmost rudeness says " Jaldi Karo Na Bhai Bohot Customers Wait kar rahe hein, dikhta nahi kya aapko", this really bought me into tears, I was very disheartened after this sentence. Is this the way the Employee treating customers who are purchasing lower price products? I suggest Big Byte Owners to immediately consider this feedback on the Employee and do the needful. Definitely next time, if it's not sorted, we would not visit this branch nor any Big byte, rather would suggest everyone to take products from a different Bakery. Very...

I go to Big Bite bakery @ Srinagar Colony every week since I was in MGM school ( now I’m 36 ) and have wonderful memories. But I’m sorry to say this place is now losing its charm & their commitment to quality. Lately ( since about 8 months ) I noticed their product quality taking back seat & they now have started cutting corners to improve revenue.

Few days ago after this unfortunate Covid-19 lockdown opened I bought 1 KG Black Forest cake for Rs 700. I was very disappointed with the quality. Almost 700 grams was whipped cream and remaining was the chocolate cake which was dry.

Charging Rs 490 for 700 grams of whipped cream is anything but not a business. I hope the previous leadership ( the fare guy I use to see at counter) of this outlet will take an account of things and will save this place from going out of business.

Please Note : - They have taken good measures to ensure hygiene at their outlet, i have seen hand sanitizer at the entrance, every one having mask & maintaining distance. Very much appreciated.

I am a delivery boy, when I went to the store today one of their staff came to me and asked me to rate them 5, when I refused to do so he said "daily 100's of delivery boys will come they will give why can't you give the rating". Watch out for fake reviews, you said I am making false claims, but kindly go speak to ur staff bcoz I was there at big bite at 5:30 pm, 18-jan-2022 for picking up an order for swiggy I have proof, do u?? Ask yourself and your staff before commenting on me. Mistakes happen but saying it didn't happen and telling that I am spreading untruth is what u know I think. First know what happened and change it or continue it...
