Naturals Ice Cream — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I've always preferred Naturals Ice Cream as they've always given good quality ice creams, but this branch has the worst staff I've ever seen in a restaurant / ice cream parlor. They are very rude, and they treat people according to their looks or appearance. They are usually very, very ill-mannered and act as if they are the ones who are getting served. They are just waiting to receive the money, and then it's all done no matter what the customer feels. I asked for extra tissue and some more ice as I had to travel a long distance from their shop, but they completely ignored my 'request' blatantly and in an impolite manner stating that its not in company's policy which is not true at all as I've already taken some extra ice from other branches. I faced the same sort of behavior earlier and in the later times as well. Also, there's a bit of compromise in the hygiene (it was much better in Madhapur's branch). Completely opposite of what I observed in other Naturals branches especially the one in Powai Mumbai which by the way is almost always crowded and they still do give time and satisfy with the customer's order. Either the staff needs to be taught about the service and behavior they have to follow when they serve the customer no matter the amount of order or they have to change management. Being honest, the quality has also come down, especially considering the Coconut and sithaphal ( Custard Apple ) ice creams. They taste much like frost watery milk with some bits of fruit. We will not recommend this branch until the time they change the staff. Don't fall for the reviews that "glorify" their service any time. The last con is that there's no parking available.
