Worst worst experience

We reached location after a hectic 6 hrs journey. We are tired and a marriage to attend next day.

I booked 2 rooms with them paying full in advance.

room 1 - My Father & Mother room 2 - Me & my wife

Welcome was very bad. Mr Sanjay in reception has a very bad attitude and zero respect towards customers. When I mentioned we booked 2 rooms and paid advance, Mr Sanjay checked in system and said no any such thing. Show me the screenshot of payment if you are genuine. Then i showed him proof of payment then he checked in system again and said yes 2 rooms were booked.

We were asked to provide photocopy of id proofs reluctantly me and my father gave our proofs. Then he started asking proofs of my mother & wife to prove marriage of my parents and he was like how to believe you are married. I was like excuse me, are you asking my parents married 50 years ago to show proof of marriage. If he was asking me and my wife it is acceptable. Then the problem started, i asked to Mr Sanjay why are you collecting photocopies the reply is hotel policy. His hotel policy is only a print out was pasted behind reception saying that customers to show their id proofs and not photocopies. Then i pointed out that it’s only show and it’s not to provide photocopies. Then he understood his mistake and started arguing that he is ready return your money.

Finally after argument of 15 mins he agreed to accept aadhar pictures of my mother and wife from my gallery. But frequently saying that i will return your money.

As it is 12:30 midnight we agreed to for his all illogical reasons and provided all details.

Finally reached to our rooms

Welcomed by cockroaches and insect nest in all corners.

Bed sheets - not tidy

Toilet - not clean and when we called room service the answer is it’s design.

No Fire safety - All smoke detectors have be covered with a plastic caps ( i don’t how smoke will...

Details review after staying 4days. pro's : 1. Newly build property, well maintained. best for couples. 2. Hygienic Place, neat and clean. 3. AC, TV was working very well. no paid channels. only free channels we can Watch. 4. Nice behaviour of all staff. 5. parking facility available for 2-4 wheeler. 6. Chair and small table was their for working professionals. 7. wifi worked well. 8. Gyser for Hot shower was their in washroom, which worked very well. 9. Bed and Blankets was Hygienic/ washed and clean. CON'S: 1. No free water was provided as complimentary service. If you will ask staff the will provide you as paid service. 2. Fridge is not available. 3. No electric Cattle for Hot drinking water (after my request they provided me one, but may be they have only one in entire hotel.) 4. kitchen is not their so guest have to depend on Zomato or Swiggy. or Lots of restaurants are available nearby. not an issue. 5. Overall experience was very good, Reception manager and staff service were excellent.

So coming to the price, they charge same amount as shown in Oyo booking app unlike some other hotels who doesn't accept final price showing in the app.

Room & washroom maintenance was good, you also have hot water geiser, you'll be given a moisturizer, soap and head shampoo ( you should pay for toothbrush kit and for an extra water bottle).

You can order food in swiggy and Zomato, and mention room number in address, they'll delivery you at doorstep.

Room service was a call away, and it was wonderful.

You'll have newspapers and magazines at waiting hall.

Coming to the I'd proofs : They accept aadhar, driving licence and passport ( they don't accept PAN card, because it doesn't consist of communication address).

No visitors were allowed to enter the hotel / rooms.
