Burger King — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I usually visit Burger King at whichever mall I go to — it’s one of my regular spots. But this visit to the Forum Mall outlet was honestly disappointing.

First off, I don’t understand why people still stand in long queues to place their order when Burger King has an official app that offers rewards and plenty of discounts. I’d highly recommend ordering through the app by selecting the correct location. One of the best deals is the 2 softy cones for ₹33 — totally worth it across all outlets.

Now, coming to the actual experience: The person at the order counter seriously needs training in basic customer service. She was extremely rude and didn’t even try to be polite or helpful. A humble customer ahead of me asked about a softy combo, and she bluntly replied, “No, not available,” even though the softy machine was clearly working. After that customer walked away disappointed, I asked the same question — and suddenly it was available. Picture attached for proof.

It’s very disappointing to see staff treating customers differently based on their appearance or the value of their order. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s bad for business.

Food-wise, it was good as usual. But the coke we got had some strange black particles in it. When we brought it to their attention, the team had no proper response.

Also, the cleanliness of the place was poor. Tables weren’t cleaned promptly, and even when they were, they weren’t wiped properly — just the trash thrown into the bin.

This outlet seriously needs a lot of improvement — both in terms of staff training...

I have ordered 79 rs veg crispy burger and 99 chicken crispy burger and there is offer 1+ 1 offer for that and I ordered one small fries and one small coke drink. They have given me one veg and one non-veg burger and I asked the staff member about this and he is said some cock and bull story. I am upset with the service and the burger quality is also not good, my wife didn’t eat half of the veg burger. This is really cheating I can and there is no transparency and only one girl staff is taking orders in that mall .in future I will never visit this stupid Burger King at Nexus mall , Hyderabad.. KFC is better than this. Please remove all promotions in your store and you guys are confusing us, finally ending up paying high price instead of what we require. A negative experience at a Burger King outlet in Nexus Mall, KPHB, HYD. The restaurant advertised a tempting offer of tasty meals for INR 99 and 149 for Veg and Nonveg, respectively on the floor & Mall. However, upon reaching the counter after a 10-minute wait, the I observed disputes between other customers and the cashier. It turns out that the advertised meals were not available due to a shortage of cold drinks, and customers were forced to order items separately. This situation occurred multiple times, causing frustration among families and individuals who had to settle for whatever was available.
