Read moreI recently visited the Starbucks in Nexus Mall Kukatpally, where I requested my usual White Mocha Frappuccino with extra cream and caramel macchiato ice cream. At most locations, the staff has been more than accommodating, even serving the extra ice cream in a separate cup since it doesn’t fit in the frappuccino. However, this particular Starbucks the male barista outright refused to fulfill my request. Given the typically high standard of customer service at Starbucks, I was quite disappointed by their lack of flexibility and understanding in this instance. Read moreOf course taste and quality wise there is no complain at all. Most of the staff are polite and friendly and they are maintaining it hygiene.
Only one thing I noticed that they are not giving bill by default as soon as we pay which is nonsense. I forgot to ask post paying the amount as I was thinking the will give it with my order but they did not give. When I have asked for the bill while taking my order they said it’s not possible now which is a stupid answer I got from a branded store.
Hope this rectify this situation, if they are not interested to give a paper bill considering various factors atleast they can give bill on mobile which most of the branded...
