I ordered from bk app,from the branch(sattva mall,kavadiguda,secbad). The employee" MEHAR UNISSA and JOSHNA" tell that Pepsi is not available but it is there they are cheating the customer,they want me to take coffee or shake instead of Pepsi. So I told them if is not available u should have mention after paying they want me to chng soo rude they both are, I waited 1 hr but they didn't respond anything .. 😡Bad experience from the kavadiguda branch...himayathnagar branch is soo good and they value the customer. Totally disappointed and annoyed by thep poor services of burger King staff and even manager. For the drinks again there was no other drinks working said by team. And she is saying to taste the co2 unprepared pepsi to check it's fine or not.. So ridiculously she was asking customer to taste the drink. When I approach manager and said it's yours mistake instead of drink provide me best alternative but he failed to do that. Worst experience of my life. The people are lying to every customer regarding their broken cool drink machine and saying that cool dring is not available and forcing us to order other coffee or shakes. I said I don't have space in my phone .....the last said no option ...you better find another place . Seriously this is how you treat your customers.
