The service was excellent, but I had an issue regarding the appointment since i booked it online after seeing an promotional ad, i informed the staff that i had an apointment at 12 pm as i was instructed to come prior 20 mins i followed the same i was half an hour early, cut to after the massage the manager says the voucher was not valid as i was late and i have to pay the full mrp despite the offer. I told them i prepaid my discounted voucher amount before ahead and hence the appointment. Again the manager said the voucher is valid only mon to thursday and clearly it was on monday that i went. Again they said voucher was not valid as it was a public holiday, but when i booked an apointment a week prior i was not informed regarding any holidays and terms conditions was verbally mentioned to me clearly stated that the offer is valid from mon to thursday, which i followed and the appointment was verbally confirmed on phone. And regarding the public holiday also i had called them on their online number from my side just to confirm the appointment irrespective of the holiday but nobody answered so i went ahead to the venue only to my shock the online team and branch staff pulled cheap stunts to make me pay the mrp and not the ongoing offer. Making lame excuses that i turned up late, it's a holiday trying to pin me up to pay extra. It was a clear case of mis communication from branch staff and the online team, instead of resolving they were trying to pin on me by making lame excuses.After a good amount of heated discussion they agreed on the voucher amount. Tattva spa is such a reputed chain did not expect this behaviour will definitely not return to the tattva tank bund branch. Please do not put any promotional offers if you cannot execute it. I booked an appointment at Tattva wellness, Marriott, Hydrabad on Sat, 30 Nov. I found it online, and my experience was extremely disappointing. After securing a time slot, making the payment, and receiving a confirmation, I drove 40 km to the spa, only to be told that the time slot I booked was unavailable. I was asked to choose a different time, which felt unprofessional and frustrating, especially considering I had already planned my day around the original appointment. After two hours of waiting, the service finally began. Unfortunately, it didn’t improve from there. The steam room was unbearably hot to the point where my skin started to feel like it was burning, making it difficult to relax. My experience at Tatva Spa was disappointing overall. The front desk staff lacked courtesy and didn’t bother checking if I was satisfied post-treatment. I specifically booked a deep tissue massage, but the masseuse seemed untrained in the technique—even after I repeated my needs multiple times. The basic amenities were subpar: the robes felt scratchy, the massage table was uncomfortable, and I felt cold during the session. The steam room also didn’t work properly, adding to the letdown.

On a positive note, the scheduling team was helpful—they accommodated my late arrival without hassle. Sadly, this couldn’t make up for the poorly executed massage and lack of attention to detail.

Would not recommend for deep tissue or premium spa experiences. Needs better-trained therapists and facility upgrades.
