I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby to the time of my departure, every aspect of my stay was marked by luxury, comfort, and top-notch service.

Stayed here for two nights from 20th Feb to 21st Feb. I had important business meeting and being frequent user of Marriott bon voy app looked for available properties in Hyderabad. The booking using the app was seamless and quick. I was greeted well at reception.

Rahul from reception desk helped in getting a lake view room amid the wedding rush and bookings and thank him for that. The hand written welcome note by Roshni & Priety was heart-warming and appreciate their gesture. She even met and clicked a memorable selfie of us together. Special thanks to Ms Bose for giving us the fruit box ( I appreciate the gesture, though it was not required). Thanks to Ashwini for helping out quickly in the checkout and settlement process at reception. I also express my thanks to martin to be able to guide me on buying good local Osmania biscuits from the near by store. The overall staff hospitality compensates for the shortcomings as mentioned for hotel ambience. I am allotted a corner room on 6th floor room no 602 which had partial lake view and partial road. The lake facing room view are better. The room size has been pretty small compared to Marriott other property standard size rooms. Also this seems to be an old property and learnt that it was earlier known as Hotel Viceroy which got acquired by Marriott. It has a convention centre and used mostly for wedding and events. There has been very unpleasant quarrel by some guest with reception guy in late evening and the loud noise from reception till above hotel rooms was heard clearly. I came down from room to understand what’s happening and learnt that the hotel team could have handled it in a subtle way than creating such nuisance around. I pointed my feedback to the reception manager there. The breakfast buffet spread is great and serves you with very good options of intercontinental and popular local menu The seating areas is huge and has a pool view also. The swimming pool has been closed and very dirty and we didn’t expected this state in such a standard hotel The gym had a placard left outside that it’s closed for maintenance. After inquiring from reception on the second day, we were told that Gym is open We went for a full body rejuvenation at tattava massage situated on the 1st floor and it was a great experience. I thank again the reception desk team for able to facilitate a good offer f after my request. I hope the Marriott management team takes note on...

Check-in Experience: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and professional.

Room: The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful sleep after a long day. The décor was modern yet cozy, with all the amenities one would expect from a five-star hotel, including a minibar, flat-screen TV, and a work desk.

Dining: We had the opportunity to dine at their in-house Okra restaurant, and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was lavish, offering a wide variety of cuisines, including Indian, Continental, and Asian options. The live cooking stations were a nice touch, and the staff was attentive to dietary preferences. Special thanks to Sara for serving us with utmost hospitality. As tea enthusiasts, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Masala tea. For dinner we tried Chicken Rogan Josh, it was very delicious. Its a highly recommended dish.

Service: The service throughout the hotel was top-notch. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was housekeeping, restaurant staff (specially Sara), or concierge, everyone ensured our stay was comfortable.

Value for Money: While the hotel is on the pricier side, the level of service, luxury, and comfort offered makes it worth the cost. It is a great option for those looking to splurge a little for a premium experience in Hyderabad.
