Our 3 night stay at this property started off as bad and became the worst stay till date in any hotel. Checkin time is 3 pm, i requested for early checkin over call however i was told that it depends on availability..fair enough ..we arrived around 3:15 pm. Room was only provided around 4 pm, we were not given even water/ welcome drink until then even though it was so hot outside. We came to know only next day that the hotel does not have enough drinking water. 2nd day no water was kept in room after cleaning…on asking for water we were told that water bottles are not there..they will arrange from nearby Marriott property which will take sometime. After half an hour we were given few 100 ml water bottles. 3rd day morning again we requested for water but no response. We had to go out to get drinking water bottles…just imagine!! on our final day we went late for breakfast around 10:30 am…since we couldn’t sleep at night due to constant power fluctuations and ac turning off/on. At the momo cafe, the only restaurant in this hotel, all the tables were untidy..can you guys imagine a Marriott staff not working!! On asking to get the table/chair cleaned, they clenaed one table which took few minutes, we orderd 1 dosa and asked for upma to be warmed..since upma wasnt etall good we asked for 1 more dosa, to our plight we were told its 11 am and breakfast is closed!!! To share further 1st dosa order 15 mins before at 10:45 am was also not served yet..only time these guys were on time was when they had to close breakfast..sharp at 11 am!! All the Marriott staffs all across globe should be trained at this hyderabad hotel…you guys know how and when to maintain timing!

Request to people planning a stay at this property…please carry your own water bottles, do not expect room service…food tastes real bad hence plan to eat out. Also swimming pool doesn’t exist in this hotel…not sure why these guys have uploaded swimming pool...

My stay was at the Courtyard By Marriott, Hyderabad The trip was work related and was for a single night single occupancy. Being a member I had availed of a discounted price which was very very reasonable. The location was central, ideal and close to where I wanted to be for work. I had checked in online and had received a welcome email from the hotel which also enquired about any special needs I had. On check in was met by very pleasant reception staff who had all my details and to my pleasure was told that my room rate would include complimentary breakfast even though it was a discounted reservation. My room was large probably upgraded too. All amenities were perfect and everything was as expected and more. Some extra items which I had asked for were present and shows proper care is taken to every guests requests. Special thanks to housekeeping staff for immaculate room.

The hotel is connected to its bigger brother Marriott via a walkway from the 2nd floor. So overall one has access to both hotel facilities which doubles the restaurant choices etc. Food was excellent and had all the local delicacies and other dishes to cater to all tastes. The breakfast was made special, with Chef Vinayak taking special care to serve me with a fresh healthy juice... The Vinayak Soecial. From the hostess to the waiting staff, everyone went out of the way to have a pleasant word or a smile with me and was served everything on my table. It was made even more memorable as I was about to leave was asked by the staff and Chef to sit n cut a special pastry with a chocolate edible spoon to eat with. Simply overwhelmed by their hospitality and ended with group selfie. My request for a late check out was quickly accepted by a very courteous staff. Check out was a breeze and overall

I would rate it as one of my top experiences in terms of food and hospitality.

Thank you all for making it special and look forward to return soon...

Check in was very smooth Towels and house keeping amenities were kept for only one adult whereas we were 2 adults in the room Door of the bathroom is very heavy and difficult to slide open and close Rooms are not in a rectangle or square shape. Its like a pentagon. Room and bed was very comfortable to stay Staffs were highly courteous and very cooperative in every step. I loved the services and cooperation of the staffs which makes the property to be recommended 100% to anyone. To compete and beat the hotel staffs, the services of staffs in momo's cafe (restaurant of the hotel) was exemplary. A. Starting with the hospitality given by Chef Anoop, words might run short if i have to appreciate him. During the break fast, i informed him that i am lactose and gluten intolerant. He made sambar and chutney in just 15 to 20 minutes to match my needs. He was very polite and service oriented. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels. This was one of the best hospitality i have had. B. Chef anurag also took equal care in making the customised food for my requirement. The taste of the food made excluding diary and Gluten was really delicious. C. There was another chef during our dinner whose name i cannot recollect. We ordered a vegetable biryani(normal one without any intolerance effect), biryani was without much gravy and was asked to be had with salon. We explained that non vegetarian biryani may go good with salon but vegetable biryani can go well only with good vegetables gravy made along with biryani and such a dry biryani may qualify as pulao only. However, he was persistent in saying this is how biryani is made and we returned it almost full. However, they still charged for it. Hotel staffs were very cooperative to accommodate our late check out request.

Overall experience was excellent and definitely can recommend...

To know the value of something good, you should experience the other extreme. While I largely preferred a domestic chain until recently, decided to switch my loyalties and start staying more at Marriott properties. My debut direct booking as a gold member was at this property. Food - Simple spread but almost everything I have tried here has tasted good and fresh dishes at breakfasts. Their desi and western options are both great. It’s quite surprising how the same dishes at the other end of the bridge fails to impress. Here are my favourites - chole and bhature - chicken curry with soft roll (buns) - croissants - poha and sabudhana khichdi The dinner buffet though was a total contrast. I am gonna discount that experience as we ate quite late. There is no bar or dining options except for the coffee shop. You need to cross a private bridge between courtyard and Marriott to access the options on the other end. Same with gym and pool facilities. Stay We had an issue with their spring mattresses which was fixed by a room swap. The rooms did not have a great view but at least we got the corner rooms. Quite spacious and comfortable. The common area and rooms were overall quite modern when compared to its twin property and seemed quite clear why the business travellers preferred the property. Service There were slips like forgotten orders and delays, but when you stay too long (7 days) a few glitches get discounted. The staff were largely courteous and friendly. Any issues that you raised to them were always well received and addressed. On a summary note, a property I would surely head back to despite its incompleteness and minor flaws. Among the best options in the neighbourhood.

I recently had a highly disappointing stay at the Mariott Hotel. Despite expecting a luxurious experience, my expectations were not met. The malfunctioning AC was a major issue, as it repeatedly reverted to temperatures well below the desired 28 degrees, causing great inconvenience for my wife and daughter. Despite contacting a technician, the problem remained unresolved, forcing us to endure a suffocating atmosphere without proper ventilation. This added to our exhaustion and prevented us from finding the relaxation we had hoped for. Furthermore, the food at the hotel was also subpar. Many items lacked flavor and failed to meet our expectations. However, it is worth noting that the parathas and donuts were enjoyable. In summary, my stay at the Mariott Hotel was far from satisfactory. The issues with the AC and the underwhelming food experience left me with a negative impression of the hotel, and I would not recommend it based on my overall experience.
