Karachi Bakery Shaikpet — Restaurant in Hyderabad

One of the most hopeless outlet at Towlichowki. No proper service at all, hardly any staff, on the first floor only one staff member. Food taste and quality is moderate. Not worth. Kindly open and check/verify your takeaway/parcel orders everytime you take from here or even before leaving their outlet. Don't trust them blindly like I did, based on their brand reputation. Though while bringing your order out of the kitchen they put a plastic locking tag on the packing cover. Make sure u ask them to open and show you before you leave. While returning back home in the evening, I ordered a take away from this place, and some of the items were missing and wrong items were packed. I ordered veg cutlet and sweetcorn soup that was missing from my parcel. Remaining order was supposed to be fried rice, paneer 65 combo and cheese burst sandwich, instead they put in some remaining stale oily noodles and some gravy, no paneer 65 in it, even the sandwich wasn't cheese burst, but some normal sandwich. This outlet is almost 10 to 12kms away from my place and it was already their closing time(as per what their staff told me while I was placing my order), so I couldn't even go back to their outlet to verify, and when u try calling them, no one answers the call during the closing time. Very disappointing and shameful on their part. Never going back to this place again for dining...

Karachi bakery is opening branches all across Hyderabad. Recent one being at Tolichowki

Wanted to check out the first floor dine in area which appeared quite appealing and I showed up to try their offerings during lunch time

As soon as I was about to take the stairs I see a sign which states that ground floor bakery items are not allowed upstairs – Come to think of this , it has its own pro’s & con’s. Con’s being people buy small items and sit for a long time thereby disturbing the other regular patrons. Case in point is the fact that there is a college nearby and it is quite possible these incidents might have happened.

Coming to the ambiance It has a nice rustic feel to it , nice wood work , frames on the walls with anecdotes n’all is good.

Food : Ordered a Chicken sub Club sandwich , Desi Chicken Pizza & Apple banana milk shake

The chicken sub club sandwich was a three layered sandwich with egg and chicken in it . The taste was good but it could have been better if the bread was not extra crisp /toasted , that made it hard to eat

Desi chicken pizza was okay, nothing too great to talk about – ample amount of cheese , chicken was okay

Apple banana milk shake was also okay – Banana taste was overpowering and the taste of apple was almost negligent.

Overall : A decent place to try with your family which you are going out for some...

The cake exceeded all expectations, from its flawless design to the intricate detailing. It truly became the centerpiece of the celebration!
