Cafe Loaded Mugs — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This review is truly bases on food and quality. I ordered chicken loaded pizza something named i asked the guy who was taking orders i asked is chicken halal ? He got angry and asking me which Resturant did you come ? Do you think you have come to ramulu restaurant? But he didn’t answer me straight, he supposed to answer each and every customer queries. And the simple answer was yes the meat is halal that’s it. Anyways i didn’t mind for what happened, then i ordered pizza and they claimed they have better quality pizza than pizza hut you just try it you will love it but unfortunately the pizza was not good at all, quality wise taste wise and portion wise not good at all. Sorry but not recommended for pizza, i am not sure for other menu food items. Firstly the location and the items which your coffee shop sells doesn't coincidence. Because in Banjara hills, Jubilee hills there are many high end multinational restaurants, coffee shops already exists and I can guarantee you those customers will never come to your shop. Same coffee loaded mugs you should have opened in any area of old city with low prices that would have benefited you. Secondly the place is very small for customers to sit. If you don't expand the sitting place soon enough then pakka business slow hone wala hai. Thirdly 80% of your customers are muslims.Banjara hills and surrounding areas are not Muslim dominated which will have an impact on your business in the longer run which is why I said before you should have opened the same coffee shop in the heart...

Really disappointed with my recent experience at the shop. After hearing positive reviews about their coffees, I decided to order an iced Americano. However, to my dismay, the drink tasted like nothing more than sugar mixed with water.
