Pizza Hut | Banjara Hills, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Food was delicious. Service was moderate, they took a lot of time to get the dishes and drinks.

Update as of 20/09/2020: Seems like their service has deteriorated during the pandemic. There is no one to check your temperature at the entrance and there's a hand sanitizer kept over there that you can voluntarily use. There was only one cashier at the register and she took way too long for taking the orders, there was a long queue and people weren't even maintaining social distancing. Even after all that, when I was finally placing the order, she said they don't have garlic bread stix available, none of the masala beverages were available and they didn't even have any pizza sizes available other than medium. After placing the order we waited 30 minutes before asking where our order was and then they finally bring pizzas and still not the substitute sides (Potato Wedges and Potato Poppers instead of Garlic Bread Stix and Creamy Garlic Bread Stix which are normally included in meal for 4). Plates, forks, knives, tissue papers, ketchup packets, chilli flakes and the sides were also brought to us only after asking for it. They didn't even have Oregano (Italian Seasoning) available even though it's originally a pizza place. We ordered Tandoori Paneer Pizza which was delicious and Country Feast Pizza which was really dry. Overall, the food was delicious and the ambience was good. The washrooms are alright. They really need to work on their service and try not to present dishes/options on the menu that are...

We, a group of 5 went for lunch on a Friday at around 12:45 PM. There were only 2 or 3 tables with customers.There was only one person serving all the customers. After a few minutes, the waiter came to take our order. But we needed few more minutes. Then, it took the waiter almost 20 minutes to come back to take our order. I asked for the manager who took a long time to come and I had to go find the waiter and ask for the manager again, before he finally came. He promised that the food would be served in exactly 15 minutes.The service was UNBELIVEBLY SLOW. It took about 25 minutes for the food to 'START' to be served.

More customers came and so did more waiters.

Our waiter needed reminders about missed items.. And I had ask other waiters (who came to work later) to get drink refills.

I saw other unhappy customers walking upto the kitchen and asking to be served water, atleast.

The food was good in taste and quality, except that we had to send back one pizza because it was burnt.

Ambience was good, as usual, for PizzaHut.

Bottom line: Opt for other PizzaHut...

Pizza hut Banjara hills is Understaffed Restaurant, service very slow, after spending a good amount, didn't get the expected taste and service, Day by Day pizza hut is deteriorating. Limited Toppings, less cheese and hardly any chicken on the pizza's. Newly opened Pizza Places are much better than this. Two medium pan pizzas at just Rs 549, Food recommendations:-
