KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Dear KFC Team,

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had today with your Lingampally outlet. I placed an order at 9:30 PM and was informed it would be delivered by 10:15 PM. However, not only was the order delayed, but I also received no response from the delivery person when I called at 10:20 PM, despite multiple attempts.

To make matters worse, the store number was unreachable. I had to search for the contact number on Google Maps, and upon calling, I was informed that the store had moved locations. I was then provided with another number, where I waited on call for 10 minutes before the manager finally answered, only to casually mention that the order had been sent and they were “not responsible” for what happened.

Even more unacceptable is that at 11:30 PM, while we were already asleep, the delivery person called us and started shouting rudely. This is completely unprofessional and harassment. Because of your poor service and mismanagement, we went to bed hungry and had our night disturbed by unnecessary stress.

This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable from a reputed brand like KFC. I demand a clear explanation, a formal apology, and appropriate action against those responsible. If this issue is not addressed seriously, I will have no option but to file a legal complaint.

When I visit the store I'm told by the staff that any order will take 15 to 20 minutes,and then I saw 7min express delivery on the screen. There are 6,7 swiggy zomato delivery guys waiting for the order since 20min. Later after a long wait the staff took my order. I have ordered for 7 straps and 2 piece hot and crispy wings along with dips and a large popcorn. They gave my order in 10 min. The staff here did not gave me bill and also the place is full of dust and the place doesn't suit to eat ie; no proper ac working the tables are not clean, tables are all mess. Few tables were covered with chair on top of it so that no can use them. Even the washroom and hand wash area is worst. After all this I got my order I was in a hurry and I'm supposed to have the order in the outlet. They just gave me tomato ketchup instead of dips for the strips. I'm tierd to argue with them and thought to write a detailed review. Road side fried chicken service and ambiance is far better than this particular outlet. This is the worst KFC outlet I have ever seen in entire Hyderabad. I faced following problems with this outlet repeatedly: They are closed before their official closing time which is 11pm. E.g. on 9th May 2023, I went there at 9:30pm but they said they are closed. It happened with me earlier as well. Staffs are not trained properly. They don't talk nicely with customers. Sometimes it sounds rude. They takes wrong order and then they will not agree to chnage the order if you find it wrong after billing is done. Once I ordered 1 large fry but they added 2, then they argued that I gave wrong order and forced me to take 2 large fries. They are not able to handle peak demands. If there are 5-6 customers at the same time, they takes too much time to handover the order. Again they are not trained to follow a process to handle variable demands.

Unfortunately, here in Serilingampally this is the only outlet. It will be great to see if one more outlet comes up in this area in...
