Do you even know why you are running that hotel...... Does the manager at least taste how the masters are cooking..... Change the master who cooked the food, my garbage is like the garbage I eat on the road... In a word, it is absolutely amazing. Do the staff working in your hotel know basic hotel standards at least..... They don't even know how to receive a customer and how to communicate with this customer As soon as I gave him a review, he said, "Sir, give a five-star review to our hotel." But haven't you taught the cashier to at least ask how our service was and if the hotel food was good? Please teach your hotel staff basic standards.I think the food at your hotel is terrible. I'm starting to feel nauseous...

I had a very disappointing experience at Captain’s Cook Restaurant. The food quality was bad, and it didn’t seem fresh at all. After eating their biryani, I experienced severe digestive issues, including loose motions. Before Covid food taste and quality was good but not now.

We even asked the staff whether the food was fresh because we noticed an unpleasant smell. However, they assured us that they only serve fresh food, which clearly wasn’t the case.

If you care about your health and your family’s well-being, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

Disgusting Experience and Rude Management

I recently dined at Captain Cook, and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. We found a mosquito in our biryani, which was utterly disgusting and unacceptable. When we brought this to the attention of the management, they were extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or offering any kind of compensation, they insisted that we pay the entire bill. Reluctantly, we paid the whole bill and got out of the restaurant as quickly as possible. The lack of basic hygiene and poor customer service is appalling. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go...
