Chiraan Fort Club — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Here is the story why GOPAL is a fraud!!!!!?! I am so upset with Chiraan fort's event planner (decorater) Gopal. My venue for the wedding was Chiraan fort, Begumpet, hyd and they suggested me 4 people for decoration. I choose this Gopal person and he ended up changing my whole set into completely mess and delivered my set at 8:00 PM when my muhurtam was at 8:35 PM!!!!!! Also, he delivered my pulla jada at 8:15 PM and he didn't even send a pulla jada on the day of my pellikuturu function !!! Even after i called and reminded him many times. First, he didn't deliver the set on time; second, he blames stuff at people saying that the client changed the set decoration. For all the events he changed the decoration and did what he likes. Why will a Client change the set ??? He came to my house and we as a family sat together for 6 hours in total and discussed the wedding set and other sets and he completely changed it and did only half the work. When we asked him about it he came to my house and shouted out of the lungs at my family when I was not preset at home.

I visited Chiraan Fort for the 'Gulrose' Lunch buffet. This buffer is only available from Friday to Sunday and costs 444/- per head. If you are not a member and are coming to Chiraan fort for a buffet, you don't have to pay the entry fee (10/- per head). We came here on Friday at around 2 PM. The buffet spread was limited. Few of the burners weren't lit and this lead to the dishes getting cold. Inform the waiter if this is the case. Waiters were limited and I had to call them 3 times for water as they weren't replenishing the glasses time to time. Considering the high price, the taste was disappointing. The ambience was decent. The hallways are covered with large paintings of the Nizam rulers. Casual seating areas have vintage furniture which are great photo spots. The staircases are made completely from wood. Decoration stood out and I give a 5 star rating for their work and standards. He definitely delivers what is promised. Rajesh has been a pleasure to work with.

5 star - The Chiraan fort is a great place for wedding and ambiance, especially the open garden space will be awesome with lightings for a night wedding.

2 star - The food provided by Chiraan fort has a bad reputation. I personally got feedback from my friends and family relatives. So we have informed the concerned person about this negative feedback and also informed the chef regarding the same. The food has not been up to the mark as usual.
