3 stars are based on certain points which I noticed during my last visit with my family.To be honest I would have rated 5 stars if this review was during the pre pandemic times.I personally love the idea of uniqueness in presentation and taste of food -so creamstone. During my recent visit ,that was on a Sunday morning around 11.30 am,first impression of the store -definitely it was understaffed.there was just one person to do the billing,make icecream,attend the phonecall,also attend the dine-in customers.Although one more staff came out of nowhere when we were almost about to leave. Cost of product is maintained same just above average. As I was a regular customer before lock down,I felt a difference of taste in the waffers they make this time. Even the mixing of elements with spatula was just for name sake(as mentioned earlier-may be due to understaffed scenario).It hardly took 10-15 seconds for the person to mix the icecreams and other things,while he was attending a call.That was not pleasant to watch and that's not what customers expect to watch or enjoy from creamstone.In short the food delivered was totally missing it's soul. Dine in facilities are provided and cleanliness is maintained.a few additions could be seen in the menu list though I could not try them. Creamstone is a place where I like to go and I would love my kids to go.Because I feel some places not just deliver food,they deliver stories .
