Domino's Pizza | Gopanpalle, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

So i recently ordered Dominos pizza Margarita Medium along with 275ml pespi ..which was 477/- Amount! The interesting part is that it's not my first time ordering pizza from my current location which is also added on the Domino's app where to deliver,so the rider called me and said madam,where is your location I said whatsoever the location was I even told him nearby location he said okay...and after few minutes he called me back and said we cannot deliver your order in your current location you have to pick from the far roadside,I also replied why should i come and pick the order from the far roadside when I get delivered infront of the gate before!!! He said that the location is not even showing,we almost waited for 1 and half hours...when I called the restaurant 5th times they couldn't deliver that time too..I contacted the restaurant to cancel my order the Staff said okay...and after 10 minutes the delivery boy was just infornt of the gate! I mean what do you expect me to do then?when I already cancelled?...I was hungry but the service made me filled my...

I would like to formally report an incident that occurred on 30th November 2024, involving an unauthorized action by a delivery personnel for order number 5, Gowlidoddy, Hyderabad.

I have already named the employees in my dominos review for the order.

Upon arrival at my residence, the delivery person requested my phone, which I initially assumed was for verification purposes. However, I later discovered that he was attempting to submit a rating for the order without my consent. The delivery personnel even took a photo of the review on my phone and was about to submit it when I intervened and took back my phone.

When I inquired about his actions, the delivery person responded, "It happens like this only, and you can speak with my manager." Following this, I went to the outlet and reported the matter to the manager, who sincerely apologized for the incident.

I have already raised a formal complaint via the Domino's app as well.

I trust that appropriate action will be taken to ensure such incidents do not happen...

This Gopanpalli dominos outlet has second time duped me. They delivered late by saying due to rains whereas there was no rains at least 3-4 hours before and after delivery time. They sent me regular Pepsi instead of sugarfree. I returned it to the delivery boy when the manager on the phone said he will refund the Pepsi amount as well as give me some amount refund since delivery was very late and 30 min guarantee was not followed. I trusted and believed him on the phone. After that inspite of 2-3 follow-ups no refund no response from the manager of this outlet. This has happened to me a couple of months back as well. Unfortunately my area have been stopped catering by the Wipro circle outlet which is in my opinion best so far. Please start allowing delivery from the Wipro circle outlet which is really good. Gopanpalli outlet sends uncooked pizzas, not even cut properly...
