One of the worst experiences with the branch manager (Surya) who was dishonest and made us do duplicate payments for a single order. When we approached asking for refund of duplicate payment she started making a lot of stories and unnecessarily dragged the conversations too long making us do continuous follow-ups and we have been emailing Domino's support for more than 3-4 weeks, such a TIME WASTER and its totally annoying that Domino's been an international brand has no control to track such misbehaviour. They're not even aware on how to track a transaction and/or check if it's received or failed! No process or protocol followed for tracking issues, and it's totally lame to ask customer to provide minute details like what was the ordered items, amount, etc. If the branch manager is professional enough they should be able to track with transaction id or the UTR number!!
