Domino's Pizza | Sainikpuri, Secunderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Not a good experience.

Have seen your reply to.share experience over mail, but am not sure how you will respond or wether it's solved. Hence writing it here.

The way items are baked was not at all great. Crunchy 【sides】.... Was not at all baked properly. Actually burnt. Have added an additional item for which am happy to pay , so the staff have a round figure, i actually paid in cash got my change back and was waiting for bill. Which he didn't voluntarily gave, i had to demand . And then after all gst and stuff, the amount he told me and tool was 2 to 3 rupees more. Not worried of the money as it's small change and I did not demand back or want to make an issue at that time (as there were other customers who could be hungrily waiting to get billed), but the integrity of the person and the way he was looking to customer (myself) on asking the bill was horrible. If you want a tip please ask, that you want, customer will decide wether to give or not. So I guess the Dominos or franchisee owner should focus on this aspect of employees engagement apart from Food quality which we expect from Dominos. No doubt we have 20 different pizza centres apart from Dominos As.Rao Nagar branch since 10 years and this new One at OU Teachers colony, expected better. But not happy. Hope this would be my last visit to Dominos atleast in and around...

Horrible, horrible, horrible! What a terrible experience I had! Oh my God...

My mother loves pizza very much. She told me to order pizza for her, and I wanted to get her the best one. Last time, I bought it from Go Fresh Pizza at AS Rao Nagar, but this time I wanted to surprise her with something even tastier.

So, I ordered a Chicken BBQ Cheese Burst Pizza from Domino’s through Swiggy. Today is Sunday, and my mother doesn't eat non-veg after 12 AM. That’s when Domino’s started playing games…

I placed the order at 10:00 PM. They promised delivery within 20 minutes. But by 10:40 PM, there was still no sign of the pizza.

I contacted Swiggy customer care, and they gave me the Domino’s outlet number. After calling them repeatedly, I finally received the pizza at 11:40 PM—but only because I went ( by bike ) 1.5 km to meet the delivery person, as I didn’t want my mother to wait any longer.

Finally, I reached home and gave the pizza to my mother. And you know what she said after taking the first bite at 11:47 PM?

“Son, you should always get pizza from Go Fresh Pizza only. This one is not hot and doesn’t taste good.”

She didn’t eat the pizza 🥺 I feel like I made a big mistake ordering from Domino’s.

Thank you, Domino’s, for making me realize that I should never order pizza...
