If I could give zero stars, I would. This store is a complete disgrace to the Domino's brand and should be shut down immediately. I placed an online order for pizza at 9:02 PM (Order No. 187), and by 9:40 PM, there was still no sign of my food. The tracker falsely claimed it was "out for delivery," yet when I called the store, they had no record of the order and casually responded, "We'll send it now."

What followed was even worse — I attempted to call three more times and received no response. It’s unacceptable that a franchise of this size can be this disorganized and apathetic toward customers.

This isn't an isolated incident, either. This is the third time I’ve had to deal with delays, misinformation, and complete lack of accountability from this location.

Domino's, this store is actively damaging your reputation. At the very least, give customers the ability to choose a different store when ordering online. Until then, I will be avoiding this location entirely — and I strongly urge others to...

very bad, i don’t think it deserves one star also. I went there for dine in and there was no one near the counter, i’ve called them multiple times but no response, one person finally came and they carelessly told that i had to order on app so i’ve ordered and i went home, i put an option for delivery. It’s been an hour and i haven’t received my order yet. It said it’s being prepared and when i’m trying to check the order’s status, it says “no order”. I tried contacting the store, no one responded. I called them multiple times and they’ve blocked my number. It’s not the first time, the last time when i wanted to order rice bowl they said they didn’t have but later they realised they have it and they proceeded to agree with my order which infact tasted bad. I recently ordered a Double Cheese Margherita from the Domino's outlet at Anu Sri Hospital, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. The pizza had noticeably less cheese than I expected for a Double Cheese Margherita, and it was over-baked, which affected the taste and texture. I’ve had similar experiences with this location in the past, where the pizzas often come out over-baked.

The cleanliness of the outlet is good, and the staff behavior is friendly and professional, which I appreciate. However, it seems like the team could benefit from some additional training to improve the consistency and quality of their pizzas.
