Flavours - The Restaurant of Jubilee Ridge — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I had lunch today at this place, the food was simply amazing but the manager was very rude to me, he did not let me use the coupon saying prior appointment is required for coupon even though seats were empty, and seeing three of my family members had already started eating, he made comment to me, if i wanted to leave, i can, understanding fully that i can't leave as the food had been taken by my family. I literally got tears in my eyes because of the rude nature of the manager, meanwhile i have a father who would support any stranger third person in front of his family member, so my father, being the nicest person to any stranger paid the full lunch for seven people. In all of this, i felt i should have alone left the place. I would recommend this hotel for food but never for the service of the manager who served us today. I could not enjoy the amazing food in the buffet simply because the manager upset me a lot with his behaviour. I hope the manager is not rude to any other person (specially ladies) in future n to save other people from his rude behaviour, iam writin this in the review...

Quiet decent looking restaurant, this restaurant is part of Best Western Jubilee Hills Hotel. Visited here for a breakfast today. They have a-la- carte and buffet breakfast, which is of 249 exclusive of taxes. The spread looked decent with all South Indian cuisines such as idli, vada etc. along with bread butter and some sweets. I decided to go with dosa only and not the buffet.

The dosa quality was really good, and they served 2 more chutneys along with regular coconut chutney and sambhar. Loved the dosa and accompaniments. Would love to try their buffet as well. Timings for breakfast are 7 to 10:30.

Me and my family stayed in the The Jubilee ridge hotel. The stay was decent with good ambience and well mannered and polite staff . Have to mention the food at in-house flavours restaurant was wonderfully delicious and full of telugu flavours. Loved the ambience. The welcome and service provided by the staff were excellent, specially mentioning Mr.Karthik and Mr.Vinay for their warm behaviour and politeness.
